+ -1 moreInitially they seemed ok to work with and installed recommended warranty parts from the manufacturer. After that did not fix the problem and broken promises to order additional parts, the dishwasher is still leaking and ruined wood floor is still not able to be replaced. The person who answered the phone almost 5 weeks later once again could not find any record of my service call. When I complained, he told me to report them to Electrolux. DONE!
Description of Work: Recommended as a service provider by Electrolux. Came out and installed parts Electrolux sent parts directly to end user. Did not solve the leakage problem. Came out a second time and promised to order additional parts. Did not. Most of a month later, still no parts nor a phone call to follow up. Each time I called, they couldn't seem to find a record that they had been to my home before.
