When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick. Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved. Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete. Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

Gerald was able to find all leaks with a new reverse osmosis system and the sink plumbing valves, and stop them from leaking. Plumb-quick was the first company out of 15 that I called today that actually had a plumber available. I would use their services again.

Eric was professional, pleasant and punctual. The dispatcher was also great to deal with. They seem to put a high premium on being pleasant to the customer - even when they first came out on New Year's Eve.

It went just as expected. Cortez (the plumber) arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem and charged a fair price. We have used Plumb-Quick for many years and plan to continue to use them. They have done big jobs and small jobs for us, always done by Cortez and always done timely and to our complete satisfaction.

My water heater became a water fountain on Memorial Day weekend. We have used Plumb Quick many times over the years and have been happy with their services, so I knew exactly who to call this time - Plumb Quick. They responded to the call quickly. The service guy was not able to replace the water heater until the next day, but he got things shut off in the meantime. He came back the next morning and replaced the water heater with a new one. Over the years they have done lots of work for us, from clearing out clogged pipes to replacing faucets. They have always been very quick, efficient, and courteous.

I called at 7:00 the night I realized I had no hot water and they were there before 9:00 the next morning. The service man explained the problem and had it fixed within 10 minutes. I have a 90 day warranty on the part.

The plumber actually came earlier than expected. I was startled when he drove up, because there was no company truck. He was wearing a company shirt. He was very polite, didn't mind our animals, and did the repairs quickly. He made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. Then came the bill: $90 for about 30 minutes. We figured it would be about $60, but made the mistake of not asking before scheduling the visit. Next time we'll be sure to ask about their rates while on the phone!
