Contractor did not show up for the appointment and did not call to cancel or reschedule. Never heard back and didn't call because if you can't depend on the company to keep an appointment you definitely don't want them working on your house.

Phil was extremely helpful at telling us what needed to be done & giving an appx. cost. When he realized that he was overbooked with work, he referred us to the contractor we actually had do the work. This contractor, J D Hunt Const. did a quality job at a very reasonable price.

He was pretty professional and good to work with. They did a pretty good job doing all the remodeling. The guy that came did have to have a beer everyday so I would not recommend him to others.

PLC Services was very conscientious and professional throughout the entire process. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of the first contact, began work the next week, and progress was made on the job every day. When they ran into problems they kept us informed and didn't charge extra when some problems arose that needed correction and were not known at the time of the estimate. Phil Luther, the owner, was on hand to oversee the work and Gilbert, who laid the tile, was very conscientious and went the extra mile to make sure we would have a shower that was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. They proved to be very honest and got the job done in a week's time. They showed up on time and did a quality job. We were very pleased.

Phil Luther did a very good job. He is one of the most honest people I've ever had do work for me. I was very impressed by how long it took him to get the job done. He did a lot of little extra things for me at no additional cost. The shower looks beautiful. He is a great guy who does good work.
