Description of Work: The provider did nothing! I pre-purchased their services to build some fence sections I needed done and they NEVER showed to complete or even start the work. We made arrangements to meet to discuss the work which they {Eric} failed to call and confirm the meet. The only time we did meet was when I hadn't heard from them and I called to confirm that we are meting in 30 minutes a and he said oh I thought it was tomorrow. Then he complained about his profit margin on the job but said he would do it anyway. At least 4 or 5 more attempts to contact him/them were made by phone messages and by e-mail in the next several weeks and to no avail. Poor examples of professionalism........if they weren't going to stand behind their offer and do the work, they should have just refused from the get go and be done. I wouldn't ever depend on these people no matter what they tell you they will do.

Description of Work: They worked on a fence for me at very short notice. They had to tear out and put in new footings on the fence. The work was done very well and they used strong, standard materials. I am pleased with the service.
