+ -1 morePeter's unit was deplorable and he was entirely unresponsive when needed to make repairs. The unit was very poor in condition and his communication with me was less than unprofessional. I do not recommend him as a real estate agent or as a landlord.

+ -1 moreWe first started looking for a home to buy. However, just as we did, the real estate market in Austin began to have trouble as did the market in the rest of the country. We changed gears and looked for a home to lease as the real estate market became very uncertain for purchasers. Peter switched gears with us and assisted us in our new decision. He supported our change in plans and we appreciated his professionalism and watching out for our best interests. He found us a perfect home in our target neighborhood.

He explained all options available to us and helped us make the right choice for us. He is patient and really knows his stuff. His daily email alerts for new houses in your area are incredible. We found his services invaluable.
