Perfectly Maid in Texas

Scratched the stainless steel of my new stove, rubbed so **** ** stove top that the power light was depressed, scratched my new vinyl flooring, dented my bedroom door, missed many areas, scuffed the floor in 2 separate rooms. Left many areas partially cleaned. Before the job was done, had another person stop by and ask for a check. Management never bothered to contact me to ask about job performance; as a matter of fact, management has never contacted me to check on job performance. Once I brought these issues to Wanda, the owner, she would not respond causing me to contact BBB. Her response to BBB was denial and lies. We are now in the process of contacting our attorney and fill follow through legal channels since the owner is uncooperative.
