Perfect Touch Painting

I talked with Raul about my job on the phone. He asked me to text him pictures of the work that needed to be completed. I sent him the pictures and never heard back from him, either by phone or text. Guess my job was too small.... not a way to treat a potential new customer.

Definitely recommend!! Had our two-story house painted and they did an excellent job. My mom, who is MUCH more a stickler than I am, was very happy with the job. We had gotten other quotes which were comparable in price but decided to go with Perfect Touch since they are in our neighborhood. We are very glad we did. DO not get swayed with other companies which may have "professional looking" quotes on paper.... Perfect Touch was professional where it mattered... in the execution.

Prior to placing an offer to purchase a home which we were going to remodel for my daughter and her husband to live in, I contacted Raul and several other paint contrators for a rough budget number for drywall repair and painting. The home had some severe foundation settlement issues which we would have to repair and there was drywall damage that would have to be repaired following the leveling of the foundation. Raul inspected the house before the foundation repairs and after the repairs. He provided me with a very fair budget number and then confirmed his pricing in a firm estimate. We did some additional wall modifications which Raul provided fair pricing for. Raul is very hands on in his work and is present at the project site nearly 100% of the time. Due to the nature of this project, that was an extreme benefit to both he and I. Overall the project went well. As in all remodels there are unforeseen issues and Raul worked we me very well to resolve the issues as we encountered them. The only glitch that we had was a failure of part of his crew to show up on a Saturday that we had scheduled, that resulted in the paint crews and the flooring crews both working in the house at the same time the following week. Raul was accommodating in working around the flooring crews but it would have been better for all involved if we had not had to do so. It was a very tight schedule and in the long run everyone made the end date. Raul is very good to work with and the house looks great. I highly recommend Raul and Perfect Touch Painting and will use them on future projects.

No problems whatsoever. Raul was on time from our intial meeting until the work was complete. He always maintained a neat and orderly workspace which was sometimes difficult since we lived in the home throughout the project. We were always comfortable having Raul and his crew in our home. The quality of his work is excellent (he is somewhat of a perfectionist). We were allowed to purchase the paint at Raul's cost. Although not the lowest bidder, Raul's prices were very fair. We thouroughly enjoyed our experience with Perfect Touch Painting and will certainly use them for all our future painting projects.
