Very good experience. They were responsive and timely. Their associate, Virgilio, was punctual, polite and very capable. He fixed the damaged pipe and also offered additional advice. I would readily use them again.

The masonry subcontractors were excellent. They did a quality job and corrected everything we pointed out without complaint. They graciously responded to all our last minute changes and we ended up with a patio and walkways that looks beautiful.

We weren't pleased overall. We switched providers. Perfect Lawns did not maintain the lawn to our agreed upon specification.

I really like the quality of their work, but I think their prices could be a bit lower.

Everything was fine. I have been using them for some time, and the only thing I would complain about is their price. Their work is excellent, however.

Perfect Lawns and Landworks of Austin recently completed a large landscape project for us. We are very pleased with the outcome and the entire process. Brent Wilshire and his team of professionals were personally and actively involved from the concept design phase to the completion of the project. There was continual contact with us, so there were no unforeseen surprises. We were always made to feel that our project was of the highest priority. Creating a beautiful outdoor living environment and providing customer satisfaction were of the utmost importance to Brent and his team. This was evident not only from the designers and project manager, but also from the crew who carried out the daily work. Our large tree-filled yard was very nice, but now is a beautiful park-like setting, complete with paths and benches, and even a fire pit area overlooking an arroyo. Shrubs and plants native to central Texas were also added, creating a very inviting, pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend Perfect Lawns and Landworks of Austin.

Quality of work is exceptional. Cost for total package is pretty high

I tried out Perfect Lawns today for the first time after reading the reports here on Angie’s List. It had been raining this morning so all my grass was wet. They did just okay on the mowing, but it appears to be cut at uneven heights. They left grass clippings all over the place and did not weed the rock bed garden as I requested. When the rep came out to give me a quote, I specifically walked him over to the rock bed garden and showed him what I wanted maintained and it was completely ignored. Also, there are also some flowers that fall off its bush and they just left them on the ground and did not clean them up. The price is decent, but I think I will go back to my old lawn guy. At least my lawn looks good when he is done with it.

They show up every week and do the basic service. Everything else is extra. Slow to respond to additional work. I reqested 2 shrubs to be trimmed 3 weeks ago, still not done.

They always follow through on what they say they are going to do and they are very professional.

They come out twice a month. They are very efficient and do a great job.

He did a good job. He came out twice in a month, in order to finish the work. He charged us $200 for the same. He did a lot of work for a pretty good price. We’ll definitely hire him again in the future.

I am satisfied with their work. They cleaned the flowed beds the last time they came. Now the garden looks fine.

If you have a problem with perfect lawn, it is hard to get them to pay attention to you. We had vice presidents come out to our house. They are organized into silos and they don't coordinate very well with each other. It is hard to work with, but once you get the kinks taken out they show up on time. They were not simple to deal with.

Their prices are very high but still lower than a lot of other companies and that is why we are still using them. They do a decent job and we will continue using them in the future.

I wouldn't quite call them "perfect" as their name implies, but they get the job done. We have weekly service where they cut and trim the lawn as well as maintain the garden beds. They do fine on the cutting, but sometimes it appears to be cut at uneven heights. I think it's a problem with the mower. As for maintaining the beds, they're supposed to pull any weed over a couple inches and spray/cut shorter weeds. Most of the time they just spray all of the weeds instead of pulling; it depends on which crew member is assigned to doing it. Also, they aren't very well trained on what's a weed and what isn't, so they've killed some of our decorative grasses in the gardens while leaving true weeds intact. But they do come on the same day every week in uniform and overall I'm happy with the service.

The price is per visit. They come about every week in the summer and about once a month in the winter. (I have about an acre of lawn.) They are great with the lawn. They are quick. I would recommend the lawn service to others. However, I have contacted the landscaping department but they have not gotten back to me.

They take care of scheduling our service on time. The lawn looks great when they are done and they are very professional when they are at my home. I would gladly refer their services to anyone needing good lawn care.

I was pleased with this company from the time I called (as a result of great ratings on Angie's List) and spoke to Michelle until the workers finished the job, which was very quickly. Michelle explained the price structure and told me the guys would be out on a certain day at a certain time. They showed up early on the appointed day, and finished in less than an hour. What a difference clean gutters make!

They come here every week or so to cut and trim our lawn. They do a good job. The lawn always looks really good. It may be more expensive than others but they have a big crew, so it gets done really fast. I am happy with the service and I feel that I can trust them to do quality work. I would recommend them to others.

We have been using them for about six months and so far they have done good job, keeping our yard well groomed. They are always on time and finish in about an hour. If I need to get a hold of them they are easily accessible. Normally, they do it once a week but if the growth gets slow in the spring and fall, we reserve the right to call and cancel for any given week.

I finally decided, that I needed to get my bushes trimmed. They were so overgrown and they looked just terrible. I am very glad that I called this company. My bushes look nice again. The guys who came out, did a great job. They were very nice and polite. It only took them a couple hours to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends.

The workers always do a good job. The yard looks nice when they are done. They are always here when I expect them to be. The workers that come here are always courteous and professional. I don t know what else to say, except I am happy with their service and will use their services again.

WE HAVE USED PERFECT LAWNS FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS. WE FEEL THEY DO A VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY HAVE ONLY INCREASED THEIR RATES ONCE DURING THIS TIME (ABOUT $4 A VISIT). DURING THE WARMER MONTHS, THEY COME THREE TIMES PER MONTH; DURING THE COOLER MONTHS THEY COME ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. WE HAD TO SIGN A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT TO GET THIS RATE.
