+ 0 moreThey do the yard every other week and we have used them since July 1st. They have a couple of guys and they do it very quickly, and they clean up. We have a daughter that lives not too far from us and she and her husband use them. They make the yard look good; you don't have to do much and it doesn't you that much because I was having it done in San Antonio too. They have some kind of internet system- they send an invoice to your email and there is a way to pay them through email. Also, everything they said they provide in terms of what they will do, they have done.
Description of Work: We used Perfect Cuts Inc to mow the lawn.

+ -1 moreIt rained a little on the night of 9/3, so I wasn't particularly surprised when they didn't show up on 9/4. I expected them on 9/5 (like other lawn mowing services I've used), but they didn't show up then, either. I thought it was unusual that they took a week off for a small amount of rain. My son-in-law had to come on Sunday to mow our front lawn lest the HOA get on our back about it. The next Wednesday, 9/11, they were in the neighborhood and mowed our neighbor's lawn across the street at 6:30pm. I was expecting them to do ours next, but the guys just got in their truck and were leaving. I waved them down and they almost ran over me driving right by, ignoring me. I called their office, but of course they close at 4:00 so all I got was a recording. I told them my name, address and number and said they were pretty unreliable. They never even bothered to call back.
Description of Work: We called on 9/3/13 to set up lawn mowing on a weekly basis. They told me they were in my neighborhood on Wednesdays, but if it rained, they wouldn't mow that day. The lady I spoke to was pleasant, gave me a price of $35 per week. What they actually did was nothing.
