Description of Work: Peace Frog cleaned wall-to-wall carpet in two rooms ($89), a hallway ($18), and a staircase ($39). They also cleaned my microfiber sectional sofa ($144 at $12/linear foot). The technician was prompt, professional, efficient, and pleasant. He gave me some tips on dealing with pet accidents, including using peroxide to treat.

Description of Work: Cleaned downstairs carpets and stairs, including pet treatments. All contacts were prompt and professional and carpet looks great. Only downside was that carpet took significantly longer to dry than stated on company website. Was pleased with service.

The process from scheduling the appointment, them calling the day before as a reminder to the actual job was effortless on my part. The women who answer the phones are friendly and professional. They really cared about me as a customer. Scotty, the young man who came to do the job was a delight. He explained what he would be doing, put up bumper guards on walls, moved night stands, took great care while cleaning the carpet and took great pride in his work. He showed up on time and really worked to get the high traffic spots clean. He supplied us with "booties" we could wear while waiting for the carpet to dry. I also appreciated the fact that he smiled what a new concept. I would highly recommend Peace Frog without any reservations. I will be using them again in the near future for other work they perform. Their customer service is amazing. They also give you a cute Peace Frog coffee mug. Thanks Peace Frog for making my carpet look much better. Thank you!
