Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

Description of Work: Shampooed all carpets and sanitized them. This was a rental home and because I had two cats it was mandatory that the carpet was sanitized . The carpets were so much cleaner than when I moved in. It smelled wonderful . The technician was thorough, polite and punctual.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and grout. First they were late due to some problem with their truck. So they ended up being at our house until very late in the evening. After leaving, the carpet upstairs was drenched for days. It was unbelievable, as I have never had that experience with carpet cleaning. Further, regarding the grout cleaning, there were so many missed spots. You could tell that the technician just went up a certain point and then stopped (like around edges, under cabinet overhangs, around toilets, etc. So it was clean to a certain point but then still dirty where he stopped cleaning). My understanding is that he was working hard, but needed to have two technicians on a job as large as ours. Much of our downstairs is tiled. We called the company, and they did come out to look at our issues. They eventually sent someone out to clean the missed grout and redo the carpet upstairs. Of course that meant several more days of wet carpet. I am not likely to ever use them again, and regret suggesting them to a friend prior to using them.
