Description of Work: We just bought a house and wanted to have carpets cleaned before moving in. Previous owners had cats and we have a dog. They did a great job. They were on time, evaluated what needed to be done and carpets looked great. Even told us wouldn't be able to get white couches cleaned as well as we would like so adjusted pricing to cancel that. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The guy was very nice, but missed an area behind the bedroom door that still contained dog hair and dirt. | Since a large bit of money is paid to do the complete house, I thought all areas should be completed.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Did a very nice job. Explained what they were doing and that a couple of spots might not come out and why. It has been a month and the carpet is still clean no popups of previous spots.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal. I called them to schedule. I gave them the whole situation. They told me that they could do it. They told me that I would have to scrape off the excess. I spent three hours scraping it off. The company came out and told me that they could not do it as I needed to get the rest of the paint off. I got the rest of the paint off and even sent them a picture to make sure that they could do the work. I rescheduled a visit with them. I gave them a three day in advance that I needed to reschedule. My property manager was not there to let them in and they had to leave when they showed up for that appointment. I called them back to reschedule the appointment and they refused to let me reschedule as they said I had wasted their time three times. However, the first time they had to reschedule and the second time I gave them time well ahead of their policy. In summary, I only missed one appointment.

We want to apologize for choosing not to do business with you, [removed member's name]. We always want to make sure our customers are taken care of. However, we also want to keep our technicians in mind when serving our customers. While speaking with one of our representatives in the office, you were quoted a price to have us strip off the color sealant that you had applied to the tile and the grout. You decided to take the sealant off yourself prior to your scheduled appointment. When our technician arrived to do the job, he found that the color sealant had not been taken off of the grout and had been taken off only some of the tile. He was unable to complete the job at that time. The second time we were scheduled to come out, no one was home upon arrival of the technician. After waiting for thirty minutes, our technician had to leave. Again, we do want to apologize for choosing not to do business with you. But we must consider our technicians and our customers equally, as each person's time is as valuable as the others.
