We contacted Peace frog on 2/2/12 and explained our problem and set up a appointment for to come by and clean the dryer vent system. On 2/3/12 he arrived at the appointed time , checked the dryer and vent opening on roof and found it very badly clogged with lint. Apparantly the venting system had not been cleaned in a long time, the house was built in the 1980s, He then run a flexible brush thru the venting system and then vacumed the venting system out. After he left we put a load of bath towels thru the wash and dry cycle and the towels dried in one operation of the dryer. A job well done

Work was done fast and once I called got a quick appointment even though it was close to the holidays. Would use again!

Our living room furniture had been through the ringer with two young kids in the house and had never been cleaned. The peace frog guys did a wonderful job making our dirty, germy furniture sparkling clean. It gives me such peace of mind to know that the kids will be playing, sitting etc on clean living room furniture. The guys were very prompt and very quick, and could not have been nicer! Matt was very helpful too discussing other aspects of our home that might need cleaning. In the end, he recommended not cleaning our dryer vents or grout because it was unnecessary. I really appreciated that he was giving me his honest professional opinion, and not just trying to make a sale like so many other guys. To top it off, the guys cleaned another (white!) sofa on the house. All of this for a very reasonable price. I'm impressed.

It was great - Matt set up the appointment and was responsive to my preferred time of day. He said he would call on the service day to confirm and again 30 minutes prior to arrival. He called mid-morning to confirm and said they were moving faster than anticipated, and could come earlier if I wanted - but that if I preferred my original time, that was fine. It worked for me to go earlier, so we agreed to 1:00 pm. A little before 1, he called to say they were about 20 minutes out and hoped that was OK. It was fine, and I appreciated the update, not just waiting around wondering when they would show up (yes, we've all had that experience). When they arrived, Matt and John were very polite and professional, explained some things about dryer vents to me, showed me where it exits on the exterior of the house and how to open the vents to reach inside. They finished the job very quickly, reassured me that while they had taken gunk out it had not been horribly blocked, and told me since it is a short run I can probably clean it myself periodically. I really enjoyed meeting them both and felt very comfortable with them. I will certainly consider them for other services in the future. Love the frog! Amphibians rock!

Matt did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. He had the appropriate tools to make sure he got all the lint out of the entire length of the vent. Matt was very friendly and professional. I will consider using Matt for carpet and upholstery cleaning as well.

Matt from Peace Frog called before his scheduled arrival time, arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. After the dryer vent was cleaned, I asked him about his other services and he explained the various tile grout, upholstery, and carpet cleaning that he does. I will be scheduling those services soon.

Matt is a wonderful person who takes his work very seriously. The carpets after he did his work were cleaned to perfection. Matt is honest and is a pleasure to do business with. Although the service was excellent, his charges were in my opinion too pricey.

I called Matt and he answered the call himself. He was very professional from start to finish. Sent a confirmation email when the appointment was made and then confirmed it by calling the night before. He was very personable and had no problem going up on to the metal roof of my 2nd story home to make sure the roof vent was clear. He was a pleasure to to business with.

I called Peace Frog Carpet and Tile Cleaning to give me an estimate on steam cleaning and sealing the tile floors in a house I was getting ready to sell for my elderly parents. The Peace Frog technician, Kel Pomeroy, arrived at noon on time and was full of useful information and suggestions on cleaning the tiles, which were in bad shape and had not been properly cleaned in over 5 years. This was a big job as the entire house had tile floors in every room. I thought I would just get the estimate and then would need to schedule to have the work done. But Kel was ready to work and was able to do the floors the same day he gave me the estimate. This was extremely helpful to me since I was in a time crunch to get the house ready to go on the market. . Kel worked until 7:30 pm on the Friday night before a Monday holiday to make sure he got the job done satisfactorily. The floors looked good and I was entirely satisfied with the job and impressed by Kel's professional demeanor. I would definitely use Peace Frog again and have recommended them to numerous friends.

Matt (owner) went out of his way to accomodate our schedule. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. He removed a large amount of debris out of the duct system! If this material had been left in there, it would easily have reduced dryer efficiency, and might have even caused a fire! He worked efficiently, even getting on the roof in 100 degree plus temperature! We will use them again for this and other services they offer.

Positives: A friend my bought me this carpet cleaning from EverSave (like Groupon) so I don't know exactly how much she paid for it. Usually the deal on those sites is 50% off or more. Anyway, the coupon expired on Jun 30, and I waited until the very last minute (less than a week before expiration) to schedule the appointment. He got me on the schedule anyway so that I could use the coupon. The deal was for up to 3 rooms, or up 750 sq ft. If a room was bigger than 300 sq ft, it counted as 2 rooms, he explained to me over the phone. When he got there, he was not picky about room size. He didn't measure or hassle me with asking about what size the rooms were. He just did the ones I asked him to do (and more). He was thorough. I saw him bend down to pick up little things that were too embedded (like burrs the dogs dragged in) for his machine to get. I told him he didn't have to bother trying to get under the furniture, just around it. But he moved coffee tables and ottomans and such to clean the maximum amount of space. And he tried to get under the couch as best he could (I have a giant sectional so you really can't move it without some help). Also I only asked him to clean the living room, office and main hallway, but he cleaned the tile in the entryway without me even asking. It was clear he was really going to be detail oriented and do the best job possible. Negatives: There weren't really any deal breakers. There were only two kind of negative things that happened and neither were a big deal. I'm really only putting them here so you know this review is realistic. 1) He accidentally double booked himself and/or mis-scheduled my appointment so that he had me down for a day earlier than I had written down. But this really was no problem, since he called the day before to confirm and then we both realized the mistake and he worked with me to come up with the next best time. It's not like he just showed up on the wrong day. He tells me he always calls to confirm, so if there's any misunderstanding, I think you would find out in advance. 2) I was told he'd be here between 10 am - 1 pm and he actually got here a few minutes after 1. BUT he did call me before 1:00 (about 12:30-ish) to tell me that he'd be on his way and would arrive in approx 20 minutes. I hadn't asked him to call ahead but I was really glad he did because I have dogs that I need to contain in another room before he arrived. It was a great courtesy. Summary: In general I was happy with the service. The main owner/operator Matt was a friendly, competent guy who went out of his way to please a customer (even though the service was obviously at a big discount because of being purchased on EverSave). He knew my name, greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and left me with a discount card to use next time. I would definitely give Peace Frog another try next time I need a floor cleaning.

Matt from Peace Frog showed up on time and ready to do business. As he showed up I also had another service preforming carpet cleaning in my home. Matt came in and checked my dryer vents. He stated what he thought was the problem and showed me a hole in my dryer tube. I told him to clean the vents anyways. He cleaned out the dryer vents and fixed my dryer tube that connects to the wall. He was not only professional but very pleasant to talk to. As the other service people saw us talking it seemed that they were becoming more unpleasant. Matt continued being a professional even when the other service was trying to promote more services. When the other service company left Matt noticed they did not rake my carpet and asked if he could do it free of charge, I said yes and then asked him about my kitchen tile. Matt stated he had time and could do my tile before he left for his next appointment. I love my tile and my dryer works!!!Between the wonderful service, great personality, MILITARY DISCOUNT, I will use him again!!!GREAT SERVICE!!!
