Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

The technician, John, did a wonderful job. He arrived right on time. We completed a walk-through to discuss the conditions of each carpet, how to treat old stains, and what to expect. He was thorough in pre-treatment and cleaned each carpet carefully. I am amazed how good they look, especially since they are all old and traffic-worn. Even the traffic paths look as good as the rest of the areas. I will certainly use Peace Frog again (and I will not wait so long before the next cleaning!!).

We had wall to wall carpet installed in our house before moving in back in 2005. The original carpet layers did a lousy job in a couple of areas, so we finally had it re-stretched. We picked Peace Frog to give it a GOOD cleaning, based on reviews on Angie’s List, their website, and the very friendly and helpful phone person. We had to schedule a week out, but they have a waiting list, and it worked! They called us and were able to come three days before our scheduled appointment. We got Sal for our technician, and he’s an extremely amiable young fellow. Energetic too! He was very informative about the carpet cleaning process, and he left us a Peace Frog card outlining all the other services offered. He works very efficiently, and the thirteen year old carpet now looks better than we imagined possible. We will certainly use Peace Frog again, and we will particularly ask for Sal. He’s a great representative of the company. Actually, everyone I’ve spoken to has been a great representative. These are good folks, and will only get busier as the reviews pile up. Sal was great. Office staff back up also terrific. He also cleaned tile grout. I hadn't planned it, but was glad to get it done in one service call. Fantastic Austin weird company built on customer service. I can't recommend Peace Frog highly enough.

Martin did the carpet repair so well that I cannot see the spot at all. He took great care to clean all the carpets thoroughly, including along the walls and where there were pet soils. He was friendly and courteous. He cleaned my dryer vent (a free service). All in all, Martin did a superb job!

John was very friendly and did a fabulous job! He cleaned the carpet in three bedrooms. There were several carpet stains that he got out with a recommended treatment. I was not very confident but it worked!! He also did a great job with tile cleaning in our two bathrooms and the kitchen. We have used Peace Frog several times and it has always been great. Had a major home remodel done and there was extensive dust and dirt from all of the construction that was done. They called to let us know they were on their way out and arrived on time. They reassessed what they had originally quoted us and gave us a better price based on the actual room sizes after looking at everything. Service was performed in a timely manner and with excellent quality work. Very happy with the service and will definitely do business with Peace Frog again.

Peace Frog did an excellent job. Sal Chacon was professional, polite and friendly. He offered suggestions, and other services without any pressure to order. I was very pleased with the results and so glad I hired the small local guy instead of the big chain. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Sal made sure each room was up to my expectations before moving on to the next room. We had the entire upstairs done, the stairs leading up and all the grout in the kitchen/ding room. My whole house is now clean and fresh. Excellent!!!
