+ -1 more+This is a great business, having great results. I got 3 rooms and stairs FOR A GOOD DEAL. Everything was absolutely perfect. Gene, our technician, was very polite and professional and did a great job! My floor looks great for the Church bible study party in a few days. Gene also helped when one of the dog took off down the street. He corralled the dog and returned her to the house. Thanks for the help Gene.!

+ -1 moreWe called and scheduled a day. The owner called a few days later to reschedule because they had lost an employee. We got it scheduled only one day later which was still ok with us.
Description of Work: They did a great job and didn't take very long. The only downside was that a "room" is considered 250 ft2. Pretty small. we didn't get as much of the carpet cleaned as I wanted, but all of the high traffic areas. And i can't really complain. It was a really great Groupon deal anyway. Definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: We have very thick, light-colored, Berber carpet with lots of stains that we desperately needed to have cleaned. After reading lots of reviews I called and talked to Peace Frog. The person who answered the phone was very patient as I told her all our problems (animal accidents, etc.). She listened carefully and told me what they could do. When I finally booked the service, I got reminders and I felt very confident that they were going to show up and be very timely, which they were. Gene called and told me he was on his way. When he got there, he was great with my animals and careful with our house. Most of the stains came out of the carpet (I didn't expect miracles) and it looks 100% better than it did when he got there. I could not be more pleased and we will have them come and do the rest of our house in the spring.

They called beforehand to let me know that they were stuck in traffic, so they had to reschedule a new van. They did come out that same day though. Since I was a new customer, they gave me a deal. They got some stains out and did a good job overall.

He was excited about doing a good job showed me how much lint was pulled out. He even went upstairs on the roof to make sure everything was clean up there, too. He did a good job!

+ -1 moreI don’t think they were, in some ways, very professional. I was happy with the work they did. The technician wanted to clean my carpets too, which I wasn’t aware that they did but I wasn’t interested, since I have another company that cleans my carpets. He then pushed to find out the name of that company and that company then told me he came to them and was asking them for a cut in their business or something like that, which I didn’t appreciate one bit.

John, the technician did a wonderful job for us. Most of our stains lifted and surprisingly the previous stains actually faded. We most appreciate the work done and will definitely use them again.
