Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

It went great! Gene called me 1/2 hour ahead of time and arrived as promised. He measured my square footage and explained the procedure he was going to use. I left while he was cleaning the floor and to my surprise I received a text from him with a picture showing the progress he had made on my floor. Wow! It looked amazing and even better in person. I am very pleased with Gene and Peace Frog. I would recommend and use them again.

Gene and his trainee arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They moved the furniture I wanted moved and did a great job cleaning the carpet. They answered my questions and we discussed problem areas. My carpet looks great and I would use them again.

It was our 1st time to use "Peace Frog Carpet & Tile Company" and we were very impressed with this company. Gene arrived promptly and started to work in the guest room and office, then moved to the master bedroom and closet. He had a very pleasant manner and was very thorough in his work. Once the job done, he was very communicative and told us about some worn areas on the carpet in mb. My husband and I inspected the carpets and were very pleased with the fresh smell and clean look to them. We never felt that Gene was rushing us, he took his time and did a great job and we certainly will use the company again and hope to keep Gene as our contact. Francoise

I used Peace Frog for cleaning my carpets in the fall. I wanted a vendor who uses environmentally friendly products. They did that and did a superb job. SO when I needed my kitchen/master bath tile/grout cleaned a researched and chose them again. Their service is exceptional and the results are spectacular!

We feel he did an excellent job....especially since we have 8 furry kids. Couch smelled wonderful and turned out very clean along with the carpets. The professionalism is amazing in this day and time and what a nice man!!! The communication they have from ordering until arriving is unheardof, but welcome in our book. Thanks Peace Frog and by the way the name is why we chose you....now the result is why a bunch of other people should choose you.

They ended up not being to do any work because even though it did not say so on the coupon, they do not clean stone tile. They were very rude and not interested in refunding my money. I was not happy with them.

Gene and his assistant Jason did a wonderful job not only on the carpet cleaning but successfully spot treated four stains that two other previous carpet cleaners were unable to clean. They were able to come on the same day I requested service and thoroughly explained the job and after-care. I would highly recommend this company and Gene. I will use again in the future should the need arise as you can tell they are very prideful of their service and work.

They are fantastic. They did a great job and were great with the appointments. They followed up after the appointments. The technician was really fun and showed us an informative video.

Gene with Peace Frog and his assistant did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. They were on time, gave me a heads up 30 minutes before they finished and basically did everything they promised at the price they quoted. I will definitely use them for my rental homes from this point on.

Excellent service. We did have to wait a few days for the cleaning, but that was mainly due to busy holidays. We very much appreciated the follow up and follow through. On time. Great pricing. Easy to communicate with online.

Gene arrived exactly on time with a "warning" call that he was on the way. He worked very hard to ensure he understood the work that needed to be done and then to ensure our furniture and items were protected and that the carpets were thoroughly cleaned including tough spots. The price is a little more than others, but I'd use them again for the quality of the work. He finished in exactly the amount of time he estimated.

Outstanding! Cant say enough about Peace Frogs. What an outstanding company. From the moment they walked in my front door it was a positive expierence. They easily could have upsold me on services but they didn't and infact they did the opposite they steered me away from spending extra money.A

Have been in the house a few years and never cleaned the dryer vent. After thinking it should be done and the dryer efficiency getting worse recently, bought a coupon for Peace Frog cleaning. The company called a few times to follow-up on the coupon purchase, but I wasn't able to talk to them personally until I had vacation. The company called to schedule and then shortly called back to mention some fine print (that there is an extra charge if the vent must be accessed through the roof). I hadn't read the fine print, so I was glad to know before the technician arrived. I checked and the extra charge seemed to be common with other companies so I kept the scheduled service. I was emailed the day before to confirm. Called about 30 min before the service as a reminder again. Total service took about an hour. The technician showed the clumps of lint removed from the dryer vent. Technician was polite and professional. I am pleased with the service.

They were great! I procrastinated and was still able to schedule an appointment the day before I needed them during the holidays. They even did their best to get me into a time slot that worked for my schedule. They gave me a window of time that they would arrive (11-2) and they were there around one. The two that came were very friendly and professional. My carpet looks great and I'm so glad I went with Peace Frog. I definitely got my money's worth! I've already referred them to a friend, and will be sing them again!

Called on a Saturday, talked to an actual person and did not have to hold forever, scheduled the time, he emailed to confirm, called when he arrived. Asked if I needed upholstery cleaning as well and I did. The owner/operator is professional, clean, thorough, easy to talk to and most importantly LOCAL! Arrived punctually and worked solidly for two hours. The price is fair for the work done.

They were very friendly they just don't deal with natural products on carpet or tile.
