Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

It went great. Gene was exactly on time. He was pleasant and professional. Explained carefully to us the cleaning procedure he would use. The carpet looked really nice when we came back. These people (office staff and carpet cleaner) were so easy to make plans with. Highly recommend Peace Frog!

Freddie arrived on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. Cleaned our dryer vent...dryer is working much better now; thanks! The owners/management followed up afterwards to say "thanks." Nice touch. Definitely will recommend and use again.

A perfectly smooth experience. I needed our carpets cleaned quickly, as our furniture is arriving within a week. The scheduler was very polite and found us a spot the next day. I was given a time window between 2 and 5, and I got a call at about 2 that they were on their way. The two men who arrived were super nice and polite, the work was done in less time than they estimated, and they got all of the grime and marks out of the carpet. I couldn't be happier.

I suppose the problem is mine in that I expected ALL spots to be gone. They are not. It is probably the case that I waited too long or expected too much. However, there are still spots so I'm either going to learn to live with them or try cleaning them again. My late wife of 54 years, who passed away last October, used to take care of this sort of thing so I have little experiece with it. We do have a carpet cleaner she bought so I'll try it and see what happpens... They may have done a reasonable job, but at this time I don't know...

I was so impressed by this service. Gene was professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. He called before he arrived, and worked efficiently and quickly. Our carpets had never been cleaned before, and they look amazing now. I also had a section of tile grout cleaned, which had drywall dust caked in them from some recent renovations. I'd been unable to scrub them clean myself, and after steam cleaning, they look as good as new. We have two cats and I am eight months pregnant, and Gene was amazingly respectful of both things. He checked to make sure the cats would be okay in the house while he had the doors open, and warned me to be careful walking from the carpet to the tile in the plastic booties he provided. He was so friendly and I felt so reassured about every little concern I had. This was such a fantastic experience that when my neighbor came knocking at the door twenty minutes later to ask if I would recommend this service, I gushed about Gene and Peace Frog alike. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company, the house looks brand new, it was affordable and the whole experience was painless and pleasant.

The carpet cleaning done by Gene from Peace Frog was great. The cleaning was done well and on time. The work order sent before the cleaning detailed what Peace Frog would do and how much it would cost. The carpets dried in the time predicted by Gene. He was professional in doing the cleaning. He also pointed out where a carpet issue might be cropping up. We will call Peace Frog for our next carpet cleaning. And we love the frog mug.

This was the perfect experience, as carpet cleaning goes. Gene was on time and extremely organized and proffessional in his job. He got out the stains, protected the carpet and made them look almost new, just in time for our house to go on the market. He even looked at some dirty tile grout and gave us tips on how to clean this, even though this was not part of the Angies List deal. We will be moving into a new house shortly and will use Peace Frog again and request Gen to do the work.

Jason was personable and knowledgeable about cleaning our carpet. He used a door protector and wall protectors to prevent any damage to our front door and walls from the cleaning hose. His work was very thorough and the carpet looked great when he was finished. He easily moved a couple of light pieces of furniture for me and then put them on blocks or plastic after the carpet was cleaned while it finished drying. Peace Frog allows you to select a small task from a menu of sample choices for additional work but there is no hard sell. We are very pleased with the quality of the work Jason did as well as his calm and polite manner.

The company was awesome! After I described the owner that we need the work done as soon as possible, he made extra effort to help me out and get one of his guys came out on a Saturday and did the work. I'm very happy with their work and customer services, and will definitely use them again!

Overall it went really well. The first people I contacted were courteous and accommodating. The technician was half an hour late but was very apologetic, he explained why he was late. He explained what he was going to do and what I should expect, including which stains wouldn’t come out. I would use them again.

If you are looking for a professional company, Matt and his crew are top notch. When I first called Peace Frog, I was working down a list of carpet cleaners recommended by various online sources. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Matt, I knew I had found the one. He took the time to explain their process and equipment. He was able to honor their 3 room price coupon and exchange a room for doing the stairs. When they arrived to do the work, Gene was courteous and prompt. Plenty of advance time was given so we didn't have to wait around for them. Also. Gene took the time to explain the process and potential tough spots. Care was taken in protecting doors and paint from the equipment rubbing against it. After the job was done and the carpet had dried, I still was not impressed with the appearance of the carpet. Mind you that the carpet is a very light cream color with a significant wear pattern along the stairs. I spoke with Matt and expressed my concerns. Without hesitation, he scheduled for Gene to come back out within a few days. Gene arrived without seeming annoyed and brought out some newer products they bought especially for my situation. He spent as much time as the initial visit, and didn't recharge me. They stood by their guarantee and for that, I applaud them. As for the carpet, the second run helped to some extent however I'm sure a lot of it is due to its age and lack of prior caring for on my part. I would highly recommend Peace Frog!

After purchasing the deal ($89.00) we were contacted by a gentleman at the office to schedule the appointment. We scheduled for the next day between 11 and 1 and we were leaving a key under the front door mat so that the technician would have access to the house. On the day of the appointment I was contacted about 30 minutes before and they inquired if I would be at home. I let them know that we had arranged to leave a key. He explained that was not written on the paperwork. He also stated that the paperwork showed we were having 2 rooms cleaned and possible more. I told him we were not getting our carpets cleaned but rather a dryer vent cleaning. He made the correction and headed to our home. After cleaning the dryer vent the technician called and gave me a report. He was very professional and very helpful. If not for the scheduling and paperwork issues I would have given them an A. The gentleman that did the work was excellent.

Excellent customer service and great job on the grout and carpets. Gene was our technician and he was friendly, polite and professional. This company has figured out customer service, starting with your first phone call, email confirmations and quotes, reminder emails, etc. Highly recommend.

Everything was terrific. Freddie was our technician and called ahead of the appointment as expected and let me know he could arrive 30 minutes early if I wanted him to else he would wait for the scheduled time. Early worked great for me so that was much appreciated. Freddie was very professional and got the job done quickly (3 rooms - one with heavily soiled carpet - plus estimation for tile clean in future). We will definitely use Peace Frog again.

Peace Frog did an excellent job of communicating with me. A written estimate was emailed to me as well as a confirmation of my appointment time. The technician called before the appointment to give me a firm arrival time. The technician was friendly, professional and careful. The carpet looks great.

Jason arrived right on time (a few minutes early actually which was perfect for my schedule). He was polite and explained where he was going to access the dryer vent in the attic. He worked quickly and efficiently and everything was clean and in order when he left. I have no complaints at all. I will use the same service next time.

The gentleman who came out was super nice, explained things very well, and did a great job! I really, really appreciated all the extra little things he did for me. There was a clump of melted wax on the carpeting that he was able to remove which was amazing, and he also pointed out several other small areas that had stains or stuff stuck in the fibres and he told me what to do to rid myself of the problems!!! This was all done in a very efficient and timely manner. I am most impressed and - especially since I do some property management - I will call Peace Frog anytime I need to have a carpet cleaning performed! I am very pleased! THANK YOU.

the company was very responsive to phone messages and emails, confirmed, and called 30 min. before arrival. Appreciate the professionalism and response time. The technician was very nice, careful, explained everything. The stairs cleaned up nicely although he was unable to completely get the dirt marks of the edges. I do not know if another company could get better results or not. I was just a tad disappointed as we bought this house less than a year ago and the stairs looked beautiful. The technician said he tried his best and hopefully the teflon will help it from getting worse. Since I can not know if the dirt could get out, I can not say whether this company is really great OR just ok... I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Fabulous. Didn't know what to expect but was pleased.

I received a call back with a quote for the work I wanted done within a few minutes of calling their office. I was able to schedule the work for one day that same week. I received an invoice on-line the day before so I was able to verify the charges before the technician arrived. The technician, Freddie Lopez, called a half hour before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He walked through each room to be cleaned and went over what I wanted done. He moved furniture and returned it to its place with blocks under the legs when he was finished. I am very happy with the job. The carpet looks great and free of stains. He asked me to check it over before he left to see if there were any areas that I felt needed to be redone. Since it looked fantastic I didn't need him to redo anything. I especially appreciated that I DID NOT have to go through the "up sell" talk where they try to get you to add on other things that cost money while they are there. We both knew what I had asked to have done and there was no hassle about sticking to the agreed upon services. Mr. Lopez was very careful with my home furnishings and property, protecting the places where his hose might rub against walls or furniture. I will definitely use this company again!

They responded promptly to our inquiry. Set up the appointment via phone and then sent a reminder. They arrived as scheduled got the job done and were very courteous to our daughter.

They did a great job. very professional in communication and follow up. Worked hard through the entire day and accommodating on scheduling. They gave me a thorough breakout of services and recommendations to chose and did not try to upsell me on treatments or other things. Great company and will use again.
