Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

First, I appreciate that they are sooooo easy to reach. Couple other companies I tried, I went straight to voice mail (with no returned call) and others, you have to navigate their phone menus...at Peace Frog...it was so easy...a human (nice one too) answers when you call during business hours. And I left a message 10 minutes before they opened to change my appointment and I received a call back within 5 minutes. Impressive! The actual cleaning service was great too. Jason was our tech. He was careful w/all furniture, removed all stains. Really happy w/the quality of service. I was honestly hoping it would be a little less expensive, but after he left I felt that the cost was fair for the amount of work done. Nice company, would use again!

Showed up a bit late but was very professional in his work. Performed the service in frezzing temperature but all went well.

The two technicians from Peace Fog (Jason and Gary) did a fantastic job steam cleaning my old house. They arrived on time, performed the work quickly and were very professional and courteous. I originally signed up for only a three room cleaning deal (with the addition of a walk in closet and small hallway). However, I mentioned that I was turning the house into a rental property and they recommended adding a Dupont stain treatment to help prolong the life of the carpet. I thought it couldn't hurt so I went ahead and added the treatment onto the service. I didn't feel pressured or like it was an upsale, just a helpful suggestion. I also like that they use more natural products and are local. I will definitely be using Peace Frogs services again.

We purchased a business where the tile in the customer bathroom/lobby was horribly dirty after years of neglect. The technician, Gene, was very knowledgeable and told me that most of the "staining" would not come up, but the floor would be clean and look better. I saw the residue soap and dirt being removed and though I was disappointed that many of ground in stains remained, I was happy with the results. I plan to have Peacefrog come back and try an "acid wash" on the tile before giving up.

He seemed to a good job, but the first time we used the dryer after the service, the connections In the back of the dryer came off. We had to move the dryer back out and securely Reconnect everything.

Jason arrived in the time window scheduled. He verified the work to be performed. He advised on tile/grout that didn't need cleaning. He removed all stains successfully and cleaned the tile/grout as needed. In and out of the house in 2 hours. He was courteous, knowledgeable and effective. Couldn't ask for more! This is our second time using Peace Frog and we will recommend them to friends and family :)

Josh called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time and arrived on time as he said he would. He was very thorough and explained the entire process. We now realize, however the carpet will need to be removed and a seal to be placed on the concrete due to the extensive pet issues caused by the previous owners.

Mike, the technician arrived right on time. So did the dryer repair guy, which happened to be the exact same time as Mike. Mike went to work on the exterior while the dryer guy worked on the dryer, and waited patiently while the repair on the dryer was completed and then cleaned the vent from the inside. I greatly appreciated his patience, as I had been without my dryer for 4 days after a holiday weekend! He did a thorough job and cleaned up his mess when finished! I will definitely use Peace Frog again!

Our technician Josh Wright did a very fine job on a carpet that is not in the best of conditions. He was prompt, very nice to our furry girls and most courteous. We rent, and the carpeting is more than likely the original; it definitely has seen better days. What with the colour (cream, really in a rental?) previous tenants, us and our dogs cleaning was no easy task. It looks much better and I can live with it. This is my second time using Peace Frog, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of such service.

Peace Frog is great! I called for an estimate and they were courteous and easy to coordinate with my schedule. Mike showed up right on time and spent most of the day cleaning my tile and three carpet areas downstairs. I was very pleased. After a conversation about my grout, I decided that painting and sealing the grout instead of just sealing it would make my floor look brand new. Mike assured me that he had never had a dissatisfied customer and we would be very pleased. He returned the next day and spent many hours on our floor painting and sealing the grout. Very hard work and he was professional and pleasant throughout. We could not be happier with the results!!

After reading Peace Frog's Angie's List reviews one evening, I made a reservation request using their online system and was called the following morning and offered a three hour window in which the technician could arrive on an afternoon later in the week. Due to schedule constraints, we could not commit to being home most of the afternoon during the week, so we were scheduled for 10 days out to permit a Saturday cleaning. The person who arrived to fulfill the order, Josh, was polite and listened carefully as we showed him our carpet issues. (Most resulting from a dog who was living in our house the previous summer. ) He warned that all stains might not come up, but that he would do his best. I am happy to report that all stains were successfully removed. He was in the house about two hours and fully cleaned all carpets as requested. He then walked through the house with us and told us what he had done and asked us to inspect. There was one spot that we discovered the day after the carpet dried. It had been under furniture that had been moved for the cleaning when we inspected, so none of us caught it in the initial inspection . I called Peace Frog and Josh was scheduled to return. Unfortunately, on the second scheduled date his previous job ran long, so he called and asked to come later or reschedule. We were unable to make the later appointment time work, but rescheduled. When Josh came to treat the spot missed, I asked if he had time to work on a new spot that we had introduced the week after the cleaning. He treated that spot as well and refused to let me pay him for that work, saying "That's just what we do." Everyone that I talked to at Peace Frog was pleasant and customer-oriented. I never had the sense that I was getting a bait and switch. While upselling was part of their customer service interaction, I never felt pressured-- additional services were presented on an iPad and I felt confident that although I declined additional services, the service I had initially ordered was being delivered in a quality manner. All in all, a fabulous experience!

The guys did a bang up job. Came in, did the cleaning, professional, reasonable price, great service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The provider arrived on time and was courteous. They had estimated that service would take about 1.5 hours for 200 square feet. Unfortunately, part of the equipment broke after the liquid solution was applied to the floor. The service person did not have the appropriate replacement part in the vehicle, so he had to leave to go purchase a part. Meanwhile, the floor was wet and the solution had a pretty potent smell, especially for someone like me who is sensitive to smell. It took the service man longer than he'd anticipated to find the replacement part, so the project ended up taking about 3.5 hours, which was an inconvenience for me as it was double the amount of time I'd anticipated. While the service man was apologetic and parts do break, it was the difference between a B and an A rating. I bought this service through an Angie's List $100 coupon, so it was also a bit frustrating that the provider sent me a confirmation invoice/appointment that showed I would $100 plus tax for the service, when I had already paid Angie's List. I refused to sign that confirmation invoice since I had already paid the $100 and no further payment was due. Not sure if that was the provider's error or something that should be worked out with Angie's List.

The service was great. I will most likely use this company again. The tech was knowledgable and fast. He walked me through the rooms after he was done to show me some spots that couldn't be cleaned. He seemed very attentive to every little spot and discoloration and making sure he got everything out that he could.

On time, professional, stayed late to finish job, showed us the improvements in cleaning and was very easy to work with

Gene was incredibly nice and professional. We went over all of the places he needed to clean and he asked specific questions regarding the nature of the stains on the carpet. This allowed him to specifically target the stain to make sure it came out. He did an excellent job. The carpets are 12 years old and they look brand new. He was even able to get out a stubborn pet stain. I would highly recommend Gene and the whole Peace Frog team to anyone.

The provider arrived very early and at the wrong address even though I had sent the correct address via email prior to the appointment. Work was done correctly and the provider was helpful.

The Peace Frog technicians were amazing! Our carpets were horrible but they went above and beyond to get every possible stain out. They spent 8 hours working on my house, not the normal throw a couple of hours at it and get out as quick as possible to get on to the next job. They were courteous, hard working, responsive! I honestly do not believe anyone could have done a better job. I can't see ever calling anyone else!

Best carpet cleaning ever. The call alerted me to their planned arrival time and the person who did the work was polite and professional. Best of all my 15 year old Berber looks amazing. And, the tile is gleaming. I'll be using them again! The coffee mug was a pleasant surprise.
