Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

Dustin cleaned my caroet beyond my expectations and I believe even cleaned some spots that the last cleaner was unable to get. Then he used a type of "rake" to make the carpet look nice and dry more quickly. I've had my carpet cleaned several times and never seen that. He also cleaned out the dryer vent. Dustin explained everything he was doing throughout the service. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

The work was done quickly. It is cleaner now than when it was first installed.

The entire process went like clockwork, Peace Frog stayed in touch by phone email prior to the appointment date then called when the technician was within 20 minutes of arrival. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, asked what needed to be done then went right to work. When the job was complete we walked through the house as the technician explained what he had done in each area and what steps could be taken in the event the stains came back up from the padding in the future. I was very pleased with the level of service provided and quality of work. The technician actually went beyond taking care of the individual spots of concern and continued cleaning areas he found that needed attention to be certain we received full value of the package paid for. This is the second excellent experience we have had with Peace Frog, Matt did a three room service at our residence in Dec of 2012. There is no doubt we will be calling on them again.

Scheduling was easy, with multiple email confirmations detailing the cost, procedures and timing. The technician showed up exactly in the 30min window provided and proceeded to setup and cleaning immediately. Operation (pretty much whole house carpet cleaning) was done smooth and professional - Mike also offered to spray additional carpet stain protection, but we skipped it. We are very happy with the results and will use the company again if the future requires. The raiser blocks (to lift furniture to let carpet dry), booties and frogy cup were a very nice final touch.

Easiest thing I've done all week! Called on Thursday for an appointment and Friday at 3:30 I had Scott here to help! Scott cleaned the dryer vent and left NO mess behind. He was super nice and helpful telling me how to prevent my vent from clogging in the future. He also cleaned a sample area of my kitchen tile and grout for me to see how awesome it looks after being cleaned... I will be setting up an appointment to do that as well! The area he cleaned looks like new. Very nice, professional company.... keep up the good work and thanks for sending Scott...he was great.

Upon booking they informed us of how they performed their service and provided an invoice for confirmation via email prior to getting the service done, this is helpful to make sure all the details are covered. Technicians arrived on time and were professional. They answered all questions prior to begining the service. They were careful to protect the corners of columns along the stair case, we appreicate that. We also like that they provided plastic booties, this was definitely a good feature for this type of service.

I placed a call to Peace Frog to see about getting our two couches cleaned. They were able to fit us in within two days. Eugenie, who took my call and scheduled the appointment, was extremely nice and personable. I was a bit embarrassed to discuss that our dog had urinated a few times on the couch and we had tried at home products that just didn't work. She talked to me about their services and made me feel comfortable discussing the stains on our couch. We were assigned Scott. He came in and discussed what he would be doing before he started. He finished in about an hour and then went over what to do in the next few days to ensure the couches dried properly. Before Scott left, I asked a few questions about our tiles in the kitchen. He stayed for a little while longer to discuss their cleaning procedures for tiles. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely be hiring them again for other parts of the house.

Loved Peace Frog! Everyone was so pleasant from the receptionist/associate who called me to Dustin, who was so awesome, just very nice. I really appreciate their customer service and professionalism. Dustin knew a lot about our carpet issues. The only ding I could give them was that my husband and I thought that the advertised special included everything advertised. It was actually just one thing. Overall, top company!!

We had a bit of a carpet emergency, and needed immediate last minute help to prepare for unexpected guests. Eugenie is the most "on it" scheduler I've dealt with in years, and the technician Scott did an OUTSTANDING job. All are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The high traffic areas were treated and given plenty of special attention. He asked if we were pleased with the job, and re-did a few places to ensure our satisfaction. What a nice, professional guy. The overall results far exceeded our expectations. Also, there's no creepy smell and Scott even offered special booties for us to use while the carpet is drying. I give Peace Frog an A++ for service, value and quality-- highly recommended. (If the Peace Frog people read this, THANK YOU!!!)

This was the best cleaning job and good value for money. The tile grout coloring and sealing was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased a big deal to use them. The experience was good. We are satisfied with them. Our experience was great. They informed us what was going and what needed to be done. They were personable in what we needed to do. They were very prompt. They were on time.

It was awesome! They were great! The work was great, the guy was great. He had a great sense of humor. He was wonderful and I would refer him to anyone!

Mike was knowledgeable and worked very hard to clean tile and grout that had not been professionally cleaned in 10 years. It came out AMAZING! The grout and tile look brand new!! The carpet had stains in the master bedroom and hallway that a previous company could only partially remove one year ago. The other company tried two times to remove them and said they were unable to remove the stains because "they were caused by us wearing shoes with black sole." MIKE COMPLETELY REMOVED THEM!!! We were truly amazed. The whole house looks as if it has brand new carpet and tile! I am recommending them to everybody!

We reached out to Peace Frog for the cleaning of our upstairs berber carpet as well as 3 wool rugs of varying sizes. I submitted an online request for service and got a call back very early the next day. Appointment set up was very easy and flexible. They had several options within a week so that it fit my needs. Technician showed up very promptly, discussed the project to validate our needs and verified the price. There was no heavy-handed "upselling" whatsoever. He did mention that they "could" clean a sectional sofa upstairs but in a helpful way, not in an "upsell" kind-of-way. Technician was very thorough, professional, friendly-etc. I definitely did not get a we-contract-out-our work but put our name on it feel that you see with some carpet cleaners. He got out all of the stains that we expected and commented on the ones he couldn't. Having had the carpet cleaned several times, we knew that there were some that just wouldn't come out. Overall, a great experience. My only criticism is that they are a bit more pricey than their competitors. We have had our carpets cleaned and about 7 rugs cleaned vs. 3 for the same price. However, from all of the above commentary, I think the premium may be justified.

Be sure to ask for a detailed invoice of services. The service person was exceptional but there was confusion on what exactly was to be completed. Tile cleaning on the advance invoice did not encompass the conversation I had with the company.

It was great, as it always is with Peace Frog. This is the second or third time I have used their services. Tech arrived exactly when promised. Checked work order...he found an omission and it was corrected virtually instantaneously. He walked through the house to get an understanding of what needed to be done. He explained where he would likely have difficulty making the 17 year old carpeting look like new. He said he would be here 60-90 minutes. He left booties when he was done. The carpet looks great. What more can I say?? I will use them again and again in the future.

Jason was very professional and such a nice young man. He did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I would certainly use Peace Frog again!

Mike cleaned the carpet in three rooms of our new house. He did a great job removing stains, the carpet looks like new! I also appreciated that he put protectors on the walls and doors so the hoses wouldn't damage them. Everyone I interacted with at Peace Frog was great - from promptly calling me back to set up the appointment, to the pre-call letting me know exact time of arrival, to the great job Mike did on the carpets. Cute coffee mug gift too :-) I would definitely use Peace Frog again!

Most of the stains came out and I was able to use it. Also, I was closing on my new home on January 31st and they offered to store it for me until I was ready. You do save some money by bringing your area rug to them.

Gene, the technican, came on time, gave me tips on how to clean carpet spots from my 2 dogs. The office staff were helpful.

The people working for Peace Frog are super friendly. They are careful not to bump up against walls, use a great orange smelling product, and are very detail oriented. This is the second time we've used their services, and it won't be the last!
