Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

I called Peace Frog a few days prior to my need for steam cleaning of our rental house. They were prompt to respond and gave me a Saturday date which I was surprised about. They told me that Mike would be coming between 2pm and 5pm and to let them know if anything more was needed than just the steam cleaning. Mike called me around 1pm and said that he may be closer to the 5pm time than the 2pm. That was fine with me as we were moving some things out of the house. He came in and looked at the rooms, I showed him the specific stains that I wanted removed and he said that hopefully he could do that but no guarantee, which is what they told me when i called them. I also had forgotten about 2 other rooms and he told me that he could do those and just added their prices to the total. I had to leave and then he called me when he was done and went through the rooms with me and gave me booties to wear as well. Mike was very professional and gave me more information on other services that I asked about. I even got a Peace Frog mug! that was nice! I will use their services again , but this time for tile and grout and upholstery cleaning! hopefully, the job will be just as good!!Thanks Mike!

Our experience with Dustin at Peace Frog was a pleasure. He arrived exactly on time and worked hard throughout his time in our home. he was extremely polite and professional. We would use Peace Frog again.

Peace Frog was very accommodating of my schedule with preparing the home for my move out and listing of home for sale. They arrived on time early in the morning and began the carpet repair and stretching. After that was completed the carpet cleaning began and then the cleaned the tile and grout. There was a small patch of blue that started out just as fluff but acted like ink and kept increasing in size until determining that continued efforts to clean would damage the carpet. Matt was able to quickly patch that area of the carpet.

The technician was prompt and did a very thorough job. My young child was sick in his bedroom and we were concerned about the smell in the room, carpet. The smell was completely gone once the carpet dried. What I was most impressed with is I called them on a Sunday and left a voice message - they returned my call first thing Monday morning and schedule my appointment that same afternoon. Thank you vey much!

They got out a stain that other cleaners couldn't. They were on time, professional and did a quality job. I will definitely use them next time.

I drove from Houston to Austin for their service on my rent house carpet. Eugenie did an excellent job in helping my schedule since I didnt really know which date or time I would arrive in town. We got all that hammered out and, on the right day and time Scott came over and did a great job on my carpets. They look almost new. I will definitely keep Peace Frog Carpets Cleaning on my list of service providers for my Austin Properties !!

Peace frog came out and cleaned our grout. Scott the technician did a great job. When Scott got to the house he immediately starting working. He worked very hard for around three hours and our grout looks brand new. Thanks Scott and Peace frog for a job well done.

We had to use Peace Frog twice within a week. We wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. All went great. Dustin was very prompt and professional. Carpets looked. Then we had a group of my son's friends have a unauthorized party at the house that weekend! (My son wasn't even there but still was in big trouble.) We were concerned that would push back in the move-in date. I sent an e-mail to Peace Frog on Sunday night and I got a response that evening! They had Dustin come back over to re-clean the carpets the next day! Again, all looked great. Dustin recognized some stains as being chocolate and he got those stains out. He got the carpets looking as clean as before. So, big thanks to Peace Frog for cleaning our carpets (twice) and for being the type of business that would help a customer out in a tight situation. We have to clean the carpets in the rental house and will definitely use them.

I'm a repeat customer of Peace Frog. They are very customer oriented, friendly, and professional. My experience is that prices are competitive for usual cleaning where home is inhabited. My recent situation was a move out so the home was completely empty and thus an easy clean in my opinion. Price was the same as would have been if home was not empty. I would have expected price to be less since the effort was less w/o no furniture to move. However, i did ask that ahead of time and knew the price was the same. This is the only reason for my "B" rating on price. I simply didn't have time to cost compare other vendors because of deadlines and thus decided to use Peace Frog again because I knew they did a good job and were reliable. They did a great job as expected and called me 20 minutes again of expected completion time so I could return to the house.

Quick response when requested quote. Arrived right on time and very friendly. Result from cleaning was great. Would definently use them again.

Scott did a great job cleaning my carpets. They had not been cleaned in two years and I have heavy soil from my dog. The carpets all look like new now. Scott got out all the stains, even those that had been there for years (behind furniture I never move.) Scott even cleaned under my heavy bedroom dressers, which surprised me. Scott worked especially h****** heavily soiled areas. I chose Peace Frog due to others reviews on Angie's List. I will definitely use them again for cleaning my carpets. Another thing I like about this company is that they stayed in touch with me via phone and email. They emailed me a draft of the bill ahead of time. When I realized that I had miscounted the number of carpeted rooms in my home, they sent me a revised draft bill within 15 minutes. I really like their communication - as well as their carpet cleaning skills.

He could not get out pet stains, so I appreciate his honesty. He did not charge us for the pet stain treatment, very fair and honest. Nice young man.

I was pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism. The only disappointment was a high traffic area of our carpet that still looks pretty badly dirty but it may be the carpet and not the service. He test cleaned a section of tile grout and I am truly impressed. We hope to have them do all the tile when we save up the money.

Peace Frog definitely lived up to their reputation. They were the first company to return my phone call, were very responsive and friendly in all of our conversations leading up to service, and followed through with a great appointment. Dustin was on time, explained everything he was going to do, and did a great job. The color seal matches our original grout color perfectly, and it looks like we have a brand new kitchen floor. Oh, did I mention they were dramatically cheaper than the only other provider to give me an estimate? Eager to see how the color seal does over time, but right now I'm very very happy with the service.

The work was performed by one individual only but he manage very well and I am satisfied with the work. I would used Peace Frog again in the future.

Dustin worked magic on our carpets! We had a lot of pet stains and he completely made our carpets like brand new. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past by different companies and techniques and none worked. Dustin was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend Peace Frog and ask for Dustin.

This was our first experience with Peace Frog and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze (even with our needing the work done immediately). Communication was excellent. The technician showed up on time and was done in exactly the amount of time estimated. He carefully moved all furniture and replaced it without incident. Most stains were removed, except there were a few stains that were not even touched due to being too close to a dresser, another being too close to a wall, and another area being too close to our laminate floors. We were told to cut out the pieces of the carpet that were close to the dresser and wall. The only major downside to the entire process was the price. Even with a coupon the price was well over competitors. Our house is just at 2000 sq ft and there are many areas that are not carpeted, such as the kitchen, entry, laundry, and bathrooms, and then much of the carpeted areas were covered with beds or dressers. We also left out two closets. If I had any suggestions to Peace Frog it would be to work on the pricing, but otherwise our carpets look great (in the areas that were cleaned). I would give them a B+ for their services.

Scott did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets, stairs, and furniture. He was very polite, professional, and completed the job after over four hours of hard work. Tip the technicians, they work really hard and deserve every penny! Super efficient company from scheduling to arrival to job completion. We will definitely use them again for any carpet/furniture cleaning needs we have.
