They were fine. They were nice. They did a good job. They were on time. They came within the time window and they were very polite. I thought their price was reasonable. I don't remember it being outrageous.

I had bought the Angie's List special for 3 rooms, only to find out it was for wall to wall carpet only. I really wanted area rugs cleaned. They did some areas that were wall to wall and then I paid extra to have some area rugs done. I was very impressed with the company and the guy that came out. However a few days later the edges of one of the area rugs was wavy. He came and tried to fix it without success. He took it to the shop and said if they couldn't do it, they would take it to a shop that they work with. I have yet to see the results of it. The provider that came out was very enthusiastic about the company and explained why they are different from other companies that do this kind of work and what their values are. He made sure that I was happy before he left. He wouldn't take my check for the extra. He came exactly when he said he was going to come and he was efficient. He explained what he was going to do and why one area looked like it was a little discolored. When I got down to look, he was right. It was the way the threads were in the carpet itself. He wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied before I signed anything. He was very polite, informed and supportive of his company. I was very pleased with the wall to wall carpeting service. I didn't spend more for the carpet cleaning but I did spend more for the area rugs because I added them. The price was a good deal. I would absolutely use them again.

I thought they were prompt in arriving and they didn't try to sell me services that I hadn't asked for. I appreciated that. The work turned out perfectly, they did a great job.

They cleaned for us for a short while and then we wound up changing. Their prices were comparable to other companies that I used at the time. The quality dropped off and that's why I got rid of them. They were always here but not always on time. She always brought her kids.

First of all, it is a fabulous name, isn't it? Their van has one of these highly colored, Amazon River frogs on it, with the green and the red; it is kind of cute. The people there are very, very nice. The man has a five-star rating and is very interested. His employees work accordingly. The receptionist, Cat, called and did a pre-appointment kind of thing to let me know who was coming out and everything. She also verified things before they came. This was all done that morning before they came. Then the guy came and he seemed real knowledgeable and did his work. He cleaned the dryer lint thing and found a ball of lint in there so he got rid of that. He was very polite, nice and offered other services, which I was not ready to do at the time. But I am about ready to contact them again for something else. Afterwards, I got another call from Cat verifying that everything was done the way it should have been done and that I was happy with their services. It was really good. The price was a little bit more than I expected, but I have never had it done before either. I never asked in advance what the price was, I just said come on out here and do it.

I liked their service. They were prompt and the carpeting comes up as clean as possible, being that we are in a rental. It is not a chemical so I don't have to worry about my dog. It is an all around good service. My interaction was fine, there were no problems at all.

It was good. We were preparing the house to sell. I only had one issue. They had to really saturate the carpets in order to get them clean so it took some extra time to get them dry. They did a great job considering the situation.

When I called and complained the owner, himself, was out here immediately to make it right. I highly recommend them to anybody that ever asks. They stand behind their work. They do make it right if the technician makes a mistake. I didn't compare their pricing. It is all high to me.

They were okay. They weren't exceptional. I don't know if I would have them back. They weren't terrible but they didn't knock my socks off either. They were a bit disorganized. They were on time.

The guy was very professional and I felt safe. Sometimes people are kind of weird and he seems very nice and he did the job quickly and the carpeting looked really really good when it was done. Unfortunately, the stain that he got out kind of came back and I guess that's not uncommon that things look like they're gone but then they kind of come back later. So, that was one thing I was disappointed that it came back, but it look like it was completely gone when he left.

It was so easy for me. They scheduled our appt earlier than normal appt hours because our store opens at 10:00 and we wanted the carpet to be fairly dry by the time we opened. They were there a little early. While I was waiting I worked in the back of the store. There were several stains that he got out. The carpet looks great now.

James S did an amazing job! The 13 year old carpet looks brand new and the tile looks great. Before he completed the service, he checked with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction and told me he would go over any areas of concern again if need be. That wasn't needed since he did such a great job! There was an electrical issue with the blower used to help dry the carpet but he alerted me about it immediately. We got the breaker turned off and the Peace Frog owner came during the appointment to address the issue. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and James S arrived on time. The cost was very reasonable especially considering the length of the appointment. Peace Frog also called after a couple of days to follow up on the service. I'll definitely be using Peace Frog again!

When an issue developed on the morning of service with my carpet (discovered some flooding), Peace Frog customer service referred me to another professional and adjusted my order for the cleaning accordingly. Nice. Mike was efficient and effective on the job. There are no funky, fruity, minty smells lingering. Todo esta bien!

We had to pay a little extra for the walk-in closet, but the the cleaning was superb. We allowed a dog in our rental unit and the cleaning included an enzyme treatment. All of the high traffic areas looked good as new! Appointment was prompt and professional.

It was fine, they just couldn't do the type of tile I have.

It went very well! Professional and did not try to up sell us on any additional services that we did not request when I set up the appointment.

I had them do a basic carpet cleaning, but I did have a paint stain on it that they were able to get it out for me. Their price was competitive.

We were the first appointment of the day - yeah! Tech was on time & worked swiftly - but efficiently. He took care moving around and under furniture, and did his best to remove all stains (basic wear & tear) and a few pet stains. The drying time was longer than expected, especially the furniture cushions, so the pets were confused :) Excellent communication from the first call, through scheduling, and follow-up. We'll definitely use their service again. Bottom line: we are ALL breathing better now. Peace.
