Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

The technician, Mike was courteous, prompt, fast and did a wonderful job. The provider was very helpful scheduling, as I was in need of last minute work. They are a bit expensive, but they do a splendid job.

Called before coming over, was on time, and setup quickly. They had equipment to protect our home and things from getting damaged while performing the work. When the appointment was setup one fee was estimated but when he came out and looked at things he modified the price (lowered) to apply towards the actual work being performed. Quality of work was excellent and it was performed in an appropriate amount of time. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them for future jobs.

Arrived on time. James introduced himself. He was neatly attired inthe company uniform. We inspected the areas, and he asked if there were special problems. He asked about other carpeted areas. He explained the services they offer (both maintenance carpet cleaning as well as area rugs), costs, etc. He finished earlier than he stated, and offered to allow me to inspect the areas. There was no need, as I am a repeated customer. These folks simply are the best!

Peace Frog was great to work with and I will definitely use again. They emailed me a quote with in 5 minutes of calling them and the price was right. On the day of the appointment, they arrived right on time and did a great job. The guy was very professional and very detailed. I really appreciated the thank you card with the teams picture on the front, it was a great personal touch, that no one does anymore. Thank you Peace Frog!

The scheduling was a breeze. The technician arrived on time, was very diligent in his work, made sure that i was satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used peace frog in the past for regular cleaning and have always been happy (and even impressed) with their work. We had a portion of a rug that was in good shape, underwater due to flood. We quickly vacuum dried the carpet ourselves and saw that it was still in good shape the next day, once it completely dried. We called Peace Frog to see if they could treat the carpet against mold/mildew and they were able to squeeze us in their schedule and finish the job! Since the carpet was already dry, Eugenie explained that we simply needed to pre-purchase padding and to make sure we dried out the subfloor. This helped keep costs down and made the job run smoothly. Dustin did the job and he came and came up with a unique solution for the tack strips (our subfloor had seen water before making it difficult to nail in the strips) and really gave the carpet a stretch to keep it tight! We had to do it in two parts and both Dustin and Matt explained the process. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently and the carpet looks and smells wonderful. We really appreciate their help with such short notice AND during a holiday week! Now we have no worries of horrible toxins!

The communication with Peace Frog is excellent. They are proactive and diligent about ensuring the quote is accurate and that it meets your approval. Then there are plenty of reminders on the date/time of the appointment. James arrived exactly on time and spent the first 10 minutes reviewing the quote and the items to clean for accuracy. I had made some errors in type of material and measurement so he fixed the quote and ensured I was fine with pricing before he started. He walked me through everything. Everything was done perfectly. James was very respectful of my home. Highly recommend Peace Frog.

A friend had used them and they had good reviews on line. When a deal popped up on Angie's List I decided to pull the trigger. I need my father's apartment in a retirement community cleaned. I purchased the deal and the company contacted me quickly. We were able to schedule quickly as well. The day of the cleaning, they sent Jason out. Quickly we all realized there was an issue. The cleaner is attached to the truck. They can not clean anything more than 250 feet from the truck. The retirement community is large and it wasn't going to work. No issue we will reschedule with a portal machine. Th catch the portal machine is $150 minimum. I didn't care. I was on the clock to get this done before my father returned from a trip. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule with the portal machine the next day. This time James came out. He walked me through the process and asked me questions, etc. He seems confused by the invoice since I had prepaid with the deal but quickly got that resolved with the office. About 45 minutes later he was done. He asked me to review the work and it was fine. As I purchased a deal and there was a minimum charge to bring the portable out, they gave me the DuPont spray at no additional charge. That was very kind of them to do. It is actions like that which make some companies stand out. Overall once we got the portal machine to the location the whole process was great. A few small stains are still around but the carpet is white and has never been cleaned. The overall condition is better. They left a coffee cup, magnet and booties. The office has followed up with me the day after the cleaning. Overall would use the company again and suggest my friends do the same. The one tip is be sure to really explain the location you are having cleaned. I never thought of the cleaner being on the truck and not reaching the apartment. I now know and will be sure to state I need a portal in the future to clean my father's place.

The job was challenging because we had years of dirt and pet stains. The operator, Dustin, attacked the problem areas with dedication and a conviction to get the best result possible. We were impressed.

My first impression of the company was excellent by the friendly woman who answered the phone with my questions and a quote. She gave me great advice on how to deal with the occasional pet messes on my carpet by our new grand puppy. Because I was an Angie's List member she also gave me a great price for the service which included a special spray for the pet odor. Dustin arrived on time and was very nicely dressed and very polite. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He did a great job.

We've used PF at least 1/2 a dozen times now on our carpets and sofas over the years and they've always done a great job. Friendly and professional staff managed by an owner who truly cares about the quality of his services and customer satisfaction.

I called them this morning and they said they do clean area rugs. They wanted $280 for an area rug. She said to request my money back.

It went great! James and Fernando showed up exactly on time, were careful with everything, especially our three dogs, and were thorough. Definitely recommend.

It went great!!! They were able to get out stains that two previous companies were unable to remove. Initially one of the stains came back but when I called them they came out and did it again and it is gone. They were really pleasant about coming out again. I highly recommend this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

Scott & James were extremely professional, kind, and courteous from the beginning. Introduced themselves, reviewed the services requested with me, we looked-over the work areas throughout the house, and they proceeded with their work. The moved furniture as-needed and provided detailed instructions WRT allowing the areas to dry. I will definitely use Peace Frog in the future and highly recommend them to friends & family!
