Fantastic service. Showed up on time, very professional. Did a great job in only 45 minutes. Showed me a bird's nest in my vent system. Great job. I definitely recommend.

I made it very clear in their online form that I did not want to be called, but rather emailed or texted. They completely ignored my request and called anyway, telling me it was hard to explain their service through a text or email.

Peace Frog was awesome from the moment I called (very friendly and helpful) to the moment they were done cleaning my tile. They were very honest and professional, gave me a great rate, and did a great job with my floors. Will definitely call them again for future flooring and upholstery cleanings!

I have had as many as 4 rescue dogs in my home at one time; and because of that and 2 kids, have had years of experience with carpet cleaners all over the country (as we have moved to multiple states). Peace Frog by far one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever used! Called them yesterday, and they were here this morning. Corner protectors and door protectors are so great because we just painted. Technician named James was punctual, professional, and very very conscientious. I would hire Peace Frog again, and HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again James!

I got a phone call about 30 minutes before arrivial. Scott came on time, he was friendly and professional, Scott inspected the carpet for any tears or frays before starting. He did a really great job on cleaning the carpet. He did point out certain areas on the carpet to me and he went over those areas for a deeper clean. Everything was great afterwards. I was also impressed with all the communication emails for the review of my order and confirmation order. It was a surprise to get a cool looking mug after the service. The Peace Frog Gang I would hire again.

Excellent Job. This was my third time to use Peace Frog services. They are very conscientious and thorough. James was hard working and professional. He communicated about the various things he was doing/moving to clean our floors and made sure everything met my approval. He was pleasant and friendly. My mother also uses Peace Frog and she said Dustin did a great job at her house. She said he was very helpful and friendly and made sure the cats stayed inside while having to come/go and she was very thankful that he was very considerate of this.

The person on the phone was courteous, clear, helpful. She explained exactly what they would do, all the different services they provide, cost, etc. James, the technician arrived promptly at the assigned time. He also was very courteous and professional. He explained everything that he did. I was very impressed. The carpets look fabulous. I plan to have my tile/grout cleaned next and the area rugs. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

The provider was prompt and polite. He was very courteous, we did a quick walkthrough and then he got to work. I hadn't mentioned it, but I'd recently had some carpet replaced, he paid special to care to try and get the new carpet and old carpet to blend better. He also treated some trouble spots that I hadn't even noticed. They are friendly, attentive and well priced! They left me with a pair of extra shoe coverings as well as a coffee mug! They took special care of any belongings they had to move in the process. Well done.

Dustin did an excellent job of general cleaning of the carpets, and he was able to remove stains and spots as well. He also moved furniture that previous carpet cleaner did not. I would recommend this service to other buyers.

Arrived on time, got right to work. Did a bang-up job cleaning the tile and especially the grout, which had never been sealed and which in some places was pretty bad. Sealed the entire area. Looks great.

Peace Frog's service was great! They responded immediately, were very friendly, followed up with all of our questions and were able to set up service promptly. They called when the technician, Jason S., was on his way and he showed up right on time. He remeasured our floors to verify the square footage that we'd given for the estimate and found that it actually came out less than what we'd figured--how often will a vendor tell you that?? Jason did a fabulous job--scrubbed every inch of the tile first, then steam-cleaned and sealed it and it looks incredible. We couldn't be happier and we will definitely use them again!

they arrived very quickly; called when they said they would; kept to the price on the work order.finished everything in an hour and 1/2; and the carpet looked great. they got all the doggie nastiness out from the previous house owners.

These guys are the best! It may be a little pricier than some competitors, but you get what you pay for. I've gotten my carpet cleaned by other steam cleaning companies in town. After these other companies finished my carpet didn't seem as clean as I expected. I thought it was time for new carpet, but peace frog proved me wrong. My carpet has plenty of life left in it yet. Other things to consider. These guys are careful with your furniture and respect your house. They bring in some huge fans, which really helped the carpet dry out faster. They are honest about what you really need to buy and let you see the results of their cleaning before purchasing things like Scotch Guard, which might not be worth it if your carpet doesn't get very clean.

Excellent. Our carpet looks so much better after the cleaning. Scott did an excellent job, was able to get several stains out of our carpet, and removed LOTS of dog hair. He cleaned under a few large chairs and put them up on small platforms while the carpet dried. He dried the carpets with a large fan as he went and turned the fans on in the rooms to help it dry faster. We are so happy with how our carpets look. Scott did an excellent job and we will definitely use Peace Frog Carpet and Tile Cleaning again.

The effect is stunning on appearance and makes the place so much easier to maintain. With the finished work, this really tied our existing wood floors to the tile and made the place fully ready for rental. Michael, the installer even worked on his day off to meet our needs. Peace Frog did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floor. They take great care to ensure that their equipment leave no marks, the technician wore booties, used corner and door guards and was very courteous. I would use them again!
