Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

I am very happy with them and I plan to use them again. They have actually become a client of ours in the process. I am very pleased with them.

They did great and have been out a couple of times in past years. They have been out once this year. Their customer service is really great and they do a good job. I like them and they are local. The last time they were really late.

I purchased this in June and promptly forgot about it. Ever since, Peace Frog has been periodically emailing to get in touch with me. They didn't have my phone number on file, and my email was sending their notes to the Advertising filter. Finally, I happened to see one of their notes when I was searching for something else. I sent them my number, and Eugenie called the next day. We scheduled the appointment for today. Eugenie called about 45 minutes before their tech, Scott, arrived. He was efficient and professional. The carpet looks practically new. The only exceptions were some stains that Scott wasn't able to get out, but it wasn't because he didn't try. And I love my Peace Frog mug. :)

The technician was on-time and very friendly. He took a tour of the areas to be cleaned then explained what he was going to do. He steam cleaned our bathroom and kitchen, then used the dryer to make sure it was fairly dry before he left. He also used corner savers to make sure his van-mounted hose didn't chip the paint or do any damage. He was very kind and professional. I'd definitely use Peace Frog again!

Tech was very friendly and verified the amount of tile to be cleaned before he started. Looks great! I was a little worried because it had never been professionally cleaned after almost 9 years, but looks like new!

Very easy to make an appointment and they came out sooner than I imagined. James performed the service and was very professional and did a great and thorough job. He spent a good deal of time of front explaining what he would be doing and asking what problems areas I had. He took good care of our furniture and even got into a very tight space to make sure our dryer vent system was totally cleaned out. Good job overall!

I called to schedule an appointment and Eugenie immediately told me they do NOT clean or treat pet stains or odors and refer everyone to Austonian Carpet Cleaning. I stated that their website and Angieslist page clearly state that they do provide this service. Eugenie said they do not. Very curt. If they would have handled differently I would not have written this review.

Prompt Friendly Professional and Clean.

Dustin did a superb job. He first cleaned all the areas we requested (several smaller areas totaling 100+ square feet). When we asked about the color variations in the grout, he recommended applying a color sealer to make the grout one consistent color. He returned a few days later and spent over3 hours sealing the grout. It now looks like new, and is all the same color. Dustin always called to let us know he was on the way, and was always prompt in arriving as scheduled. He was consistently pleasant and polite, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I would definitely use Peace Frog in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I had a $99 tile clean coupon offer from Angie's that I purchased for this and added the additional grout sealing. The cleaning was great in the large areas. In our powder room it was okay. Overall we were happy because the large areas were very well done. We couldn't and didn't use the areas at all (no stepping) for some days because of the grout sealing. Since then we've noticed there are definitely some areas were the grout is already stained even though it's supposed to be sealed. Not a lot of areas by any means, just some spots. For this reason and the reason the powder room was okay I give it a B for quality. Otherwise it was an A.

We were looking for cleaning of entire house and grout. My husband found Peace Frog based on Angie's list rating. He called and scheduled for service on This Friday. Now my husband job is very demanding so when he scheduled he thought everything was good to go. Yesterday he received a text from Peace Frog saying call our office asap or your appointment will be cancelled. He responded to the text and said he scheduled the appointment and I would be at home for the cleaning and what do they need. he gets a response back again saying call the office. He kindly told them go ahead and cancel our appointment as he did not understand what they needed and could not talk as he was at work with customers all day. Peace Frog sends a text back saying thanks and we will do that. Afterwards my husband sends a text says find someone else and he said he did not know why they were texting about canceling the appointment of he did not call the office. At this I was very disappointed and a bit amazed that the company took enough time out to text him but would not tell him what they needed him to do in order to avoid cancellation. I guess Peace Frog does so much business that it really does not matter who you are. My intuition told me to check my husbands email box. I did see anything from Peace Frog then looked in Spam folder and there was an email he did not acknowledge on the work to keep our appointment. Now this is our mistake but I am personally glad we did not do any business with them. They were so prompt in following up by text but simply could not tell my husband via text that they needed him to acknowledge he email to keep the appointment. Very poor friendliness and customer service. Really a company we do not recommend. I get their process but a simple repsonse of what they needed would have helped my husband. Customer service today is an after thought for companies like Peace Frog. They do not use common sense in situations to simply resolve a matter. I told my husband why they cancelled and he felt bad because the email was in spam but then he said their loss and they were not interested in our business else they would have told me what they needed. Easy resolution. Now we should have acknowledged as this was our mistake but really amazed at this company would simply tell him what they needed on the call. Sooooooooo Glad we did not use them. Looks can be deceiving. They have a lot of awards but at the end of the day they care more about their process than helping or retaining the customer.

Our technician was Michael and he did an A+ job across the board. He showed up on time and did a great job on all our carpeting. We were so grateful to FINALLY have clean carpets again, and it left the house smelling amazing! The sales rep, Eugenie, was also very kind and quick to schedule us. Michael also did a sample on our tile floors. That also looked amazing and if it had been in our budget we would've had that done too. The experience was superb and we will be using them again in the future.

Everything went well. Scheduling was easy and we received reminder e-mails and a phone call. Dustin arrived within the designated time frame and went right to work. Within an hour, the job was completed. Dustin cleaned up after himself, and was pleasant and polite. The appearance of the floors was very good. No strong chemical odors remained. We would use Peace Frogs again, and highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Peace Frog to clean my kitchen tile. After a while, no matter how I clean it the tile and grout will get pretty nasty with grease and other kitchen spills. Peace Frog gets it out every time and does great work. I like how careful they are with bringing in the materials, machines, and hoses. They are always on time and do great work, scrubbing the grout and taking time on areas that need extra attention. Scott was great! I also had them clean the dryer vent and exhaust. Because of the way the house was constructed, the dryer vents to the second story roof and the exhaust conduit goes through two attic spaces and turns a few times. He had to cut through one section of the conduit in the attic to get the top part cleaned, then put it all back together. When trying to get the rest of the conduit clean, he was not satisfied that he could reach all the areas because of the twists and turns. We were not charged for the dryer cleaning. I really appreciated the effort made (he tried for almost two hours) to attempt to clean it and the honesty in sharing the results. We would have never known and I'm sure there are companies out there that would have simply said it was good and taken our money. This is a huge plus in my book and will be the reason I keep calling Peace Frog to get things like this done. If you want to deal with an honest company that does a good job and takes care of the customer, call them.

James did a great job. I'm selling my home and needed the floors to look as good as possible. All my questions and concerns were addressed and the house looks great. I'll definitely call them again when my new place needs their services.

I contacted Peace Frog based on Angie's List reviews and Yelp reviews. I was drawn to their use of organic cleaning products for the carpet. I called for an inquiry and spoke to Jason who quickly took my information about the services I needed and what PF could provide. He immediately gave me a cost estimate based on the information I provided. I then mentioned that I had an indoor little dog and he said no problem....PF is pet friendly at no additional charge. That sold me right away! I set up an appointment for the following week. On the day of service I received a call from the technician about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Justin arrived on time and I was impressed with his friendliness when he greeted me @ the front door. Dustin reviewed the service he was going to provide before he began the job and was polite and professional in every way. He took the utmost care in cleaning our area rugs one of which was wool. It cleaned up beautifully. He took care in moving our furnishings and protecting them while cleaning. We did a walk through afterwards and he pointed out a few small spots that he could not remove with the cleaning and noted it on my invoice. Dustin reviewed additional services that PF could provide such as cleaning our stone tile floors and grout. He took the measurements while he was here and I received an estimate electronically within minutes. Even though it had been raining all week Dustin did such a great job of not saturating the carpet that most of all the rooms had completely dried by late evening. My carpet looked clean and beautiful without the strong cleaning solution smell. The next day I received a follow up call from Jason asking how my service went and was I satisfied with the service and Dustin's performance. I responded to a few follow up questions and he thanked me for my business. I don't know what else PF could have done to make my first experience more satisfactory. The results exceeded my expectations. For these reasons I gave PF an A+ rating! I will use them again and highly recommend this business for excellent carpet and area rug cleaning. *Just a side note: I forgot to mention that I was a Senior for a 10% discount because I just noticed it on their Angie's List page. I had already been given a discount as a first time customer. Not many businesses give Senior discounts. Peace Frog does!

It went great! James was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He made a few recommendations and suggestions, but did not try to oversell. No pressure at all and completely honest. When I use Peace Frog again, I will be requesting James!

Peace Frog did an excellent job for us. They were very professional at every step. They called to confirm the appointment, gave us a heads up when they were 20 minutes away, arrived on time, and conducted themselves very professionally throughout the appointment. Turns out our dryer hose had come loose from the vent which was in the attic, so no lint was making it to the vent for some time. We had not had it cleaned for a few years (our bad...) and the hose was completely clogged with lint from the attic down to the lower floor where the dryer was. Thankfully Peace Frog was able to get it all cleaned and reattached our hose. We will definitely be using them again.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and spoke with them over the phone. They were great. Very professional. I actually did not end up needing the service, but I will definitely use them in the furture.

Professional service. I asked for the green clean, so some small spots did not come out- but that was my choice as I did not want the more toxic spot clean. I would use them again. James was my guy- he was friendly and professional.

I used PeaceFrog based on both Yelp and Angie's List reviews. I had to change a previously scheduled appointment and they could not have been more accommodating . Dustin showed up on time , and did a great job . He was polite and efficient . He was careful with our furnishings ,made sure that everything was protected which we thoroughly appreciated . We are happy to give this company an A rating !!!!
