Excellent service. Technician (Martin) was prompt, thorough, clear in explanation of processes, polite, and work performed was impressive. Would definitely use again and would not hesitate to refer to others.

My tech, Alex, was very polite, well-mannered. He was also careful to cause a minimum of noise and disruption, which I appreciated, because I have a terminal cat in the house. One single cushion on my sofa had been soiled by my cat, and I appreciated that he didn’t push me to clean entire sofa; just priced me for one cushion. Carpet always looks new after a visit from this company.

Peace Frog just finished up with restoring my tile and cleaning one bedroom of carpet. From the beginning, Jame's estimate to Jason and Alex, performing the work, I'm very happy with the process and final results. James explained the cleaning process and offered needed advice. The techs were professional and easy to communicate with. Great work habits too. Very easy company to work with. Peace Frog may not be the least expensive company out there, but, as you know, you get what you pay for. Quality results! Give them a try and I'm sure you will be thrilled with the results as I was.

Peace Frog is great about staying in touch both before and after scheduled services. They let me know when the technician was on the way and when he would arrive. Jacob did a great cleaning job and was very accommodating.

Jason S. did amazing work. These carpets have been abused by hoards of teenagers and I really didn't hold out much hope. By the time he was done, they looked amazing! I'm thrilled with the quality of work and the level of customer service we get from Peace Frog every time.

Awesome service! From my initial call on a Saturday, a walk through services and a bid, too clean carpets at the end of the day, my experience was fantastic! Alex spend a great deal of time on my 5 bedroom house and the carpets are beautiful! I spent a little bit more than I usually do but I was happier with the results! Technician was professional and great attitude. Asked if I wanted a quote to clean my tile areas. I requested quote so he measured my tile area and said I would be receiving a quote. If I find he quote comparable to other quotes I have received or slightly lower I will have that service done next. It is my kitchen, hallway, and master bath area only. Great experience again this year. Will use Peace Frog for future needs.

Peace Frog did a fantastic job with our carpet cleaning! Jacob, our service tech, was professional, efficient and did a great job!. When he was done with the job, he even agreed to do a rug that we had forgotten to add to our original order. It was almost 5pm and raining outside (Austin traffic!!) and yet he stayed and did the rug. Our carpet and rug are like new and look great. Plus, the scheduling process was efficient, the scheduler was super friendly and Jacob was timely. We will definitely use Peace Frog again!

From the day you ask for an estimate, through the end of your job, Peace Frog's process is pleasant and professional. Sal arrived with a cheerful, "can-do" attitude (while not over-promising). He answered all our questions before starting, and worked quickly and efficiently on two rooms and the hallway. We were skeptical that he would be able to clean the greasy areas adjacent to the kitchen -- but he did! The whole job looks better than we could have expected, with an older carpet that was overdue for cleaning. Other pluses: Sal told us what other services were available, but no sales pressure; there was no odor when he was done (we did not have any additional treatment applied); and they stuck to their bid. We highly recommend!

Perfect. The tech Martin was prompt, professional, and did a perfect job and got my carpet looking brand new. Used the Angies list coupon for 3 rooms and added stairs and it was a great price.
