Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

In 30 mins, Mr James removed the old tiles and put new ones. Well , it was almost like that. We never thought our tile and grout would look the way it is now. will definitely call them if we need similar work done.

The cleaning was quick and easy on me.

My experience with Peace Frog was fabulous. I called them initially because of a dryer vent cleaning deal that was on angies list. But, I decided that while they were out here it would be nice to get the carpet in the 4 bedrooms of my house cleaned. James, the technician, arrived on time and was incredibly nice and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do beforehand and offered to price out cleaning other items such as a living room rug that I had inquired about. He put up wall guards to protect my walls from the carpet machine hose and wore shoe covers every time he entered my house, to ensure the floors didn't get dirty. When it came time to clean the dryer vent, he discovered an old birds next in the vent. Luckily there were no bird eggs. I think the bird was long gone. He cleaned out the vent and ran my dryer to make sure that it was functioning well. I will definitely be using Peace Frog's service again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for dryer vent cleaning or carpet or tile cleaning.

Texted Peace Frog on Sunday morning as my daughter had become ill and vomited on the floor on the carpet during the night. i was called back soon thereafter and since it was Memorial Day weekend, Matt, the owner of the company scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday morning. He told me what I could use on the floor in the mean time for the odor. Tuesday, the ETA of the technician was between 12pm-3pm. The company called at 12pm and said the technician would arrive in about 30 minutes. James arrived at exactly 12:30. He was very nice, informative and professional. He walked through the house with me to see what areas I wanted cleaned. I had an area where my dog had urinated and James used his handy black light to look for any other areas of urine, which unfortunately, we found in the same vicinity. He told me about a special pet treatment that he could do on the area, which was extra, but worth it to me. After looking at the rest of the carpet and the area where my daughter had vomited, he got to work. He worked up a sweat and seemed pretty meticulous. Carpet looked really good afterwards, although all of the vomit and urine stains were not completely gone, they were extremely faint and not very noticeable. Carpet looked and smelled clean as did the two cream colored chairs. I would definitely use the company again. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional and respectful of my time by being timely.

Scheduling was easy and they send an email with the work order for confirmation. They arrived on time day of service, we reviewed the target areas, and they did their thing. I was asked about add-on treatment services, which is not uncommon, and I opted for the pet treatment. When they were finished, we walked through and I was quite satisfied with the results. I inquired on chimney flue, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning. They do not currently service chimney flue or air duct, but can do dryer vent cleaning.

Very professional, friendly and helping attitude from the get go - starting from scheduling to the final completion. Mark (the technician) was very friendly and professional. I would use their service in future - also would recommend to my friends.

I've used Peace Frog once before and they did a great job. This time was the complete opposite. The first tech was very nice (he was way too chatty though) and everything seemed okay when he left. Then the carpet dried. I was left with orange steaks on my carpet, especially in the guest room and stairs. The carpet looked worse than before Peace Frog cleaned it. (This happened to us with another company before and they said they just did not do a good job getting up the cleaning product they used. They came back and the problem was fixed, so I figured this was going to be the same kind of deal.) I called to have PF come back. Instead of sending the original tech back, the owner came and he told us the original tech had been fired. The owner's work, however, turned out no better than the fired tech?s. We still had ugly streaks on the carpet where there was none before. Interestingly, we had a new stain occur the night before the owner came out and, other than cleaning up what we could with a paper towel, we left it alone. The owner did not get that stain out either. But we were told that because they had no way of knowing what we've used on stains previous (on the new one we used nothing), and stains could soak into the padding (the new stain was a dry surface stain), they really couldn't do much with the stains. Even though the new streaking stains were from them! So I broke out my Bissell and, using only hot water, I got out most of the crud they left behind. The guest room is at least presentable now and I can actually have company stay with me without them being completely grossed out. I?m very, very disappointed in the job Peace Frog did for us. Now I guess I'd better tackle those awful stairs with my Bissell.

From the admin scheduling our service to Mike who actually came and did the hard work, we were so pleased with it all. Mike was meticulous with our carpet and was able to get stains out that we never ever thought would come out. It went so well, that we plan to have him back every 2-3 months.

James performed dryer vent cleaning. he was quite informative or gave good tips. Along with good service, he was quite knowledgeable and professional. Price was right. Highly recommend peace frog.

What stood out about them was that they were going to use eco friendly products but that took a lot of tooth pulling. They were really accustomed to do eco friendly products as they promote to be or advertised to be. As much as they say that, it doesn’t leave a residue on your carpet or on you tile. I have a tendency to believe that it does. I did a lot of the background checking with the Environmental Protection Agency as well as having a brand new baby in the house. I just couldn’t get that experience from them. They just weren’t as eco friendly or environmentally friendly as they promote. They are just like a regular carpet company. I got some confrontational phone calls with the manager. The price was fair. I don’t think I would use them again. I just don’t think they are earth friendly. They weren't competent in the chemicals. I was the one asking them if they use this and if they do that.

My technician arrived two minutes early and was very professional. He almost immediately lowered the quoted estimate by $150 once he saw the area I needed to be cleaned. All carpet stains were removed and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Our super awesome carpet cleaner Alan arrived near the end of the 2 to 5 window we were given, but I was informed that he was running behind. He was very friendly and informative, and took oversight of all the carpet in the house first to see if it was feasible to complete the service. Our carpet was 14 years old, and looked terrible, so his hesitation was warranted. I assured him that nothing he did could make it any worse, and he contacted his boss just to be sure it was OK to proceed. After getting approval, he sprayed our many spots down with an enzyme that smelled of citrus and summer. After that soaked in for a bit, he proceeded to transform our carpet into pure amazing-ness. Halfway through the transformation, Alan experienced some issues with the cleaner, that delayed him. Because of that delay, we were even blessed to have the owner come out to help finish up the job! It's rare to find that type of commitment to customer service and to one's employees. Our tile, grout, and carpet and house looks and smells terrific, and even though it cost a bit more than 'the other guys', I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and would HIGHLY recommend their service... especially if you think your carpet is beyond hope. Go Peace Frog!!

It has been a while but the service was great. They were fine and responded quickly. We had a situation where the new owners were going to move in a lot sooner than we thought so they worked us in and did it on the spur of the moment. That was a big plus and I have used them in the past. They have always been reliable and willing to work with us. We have used them three times. The last time I used them I bought a $99 big deal. Their price was very reasonable.
