Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning

Kathy answered the phone and thoroughly explained their cleaning process. We were having some furniture delivered that week so I needed the carpet cleaned as soon as possible. We made the appointment for the next morning. Shortly after I hung up the phone Kathy called to say someone had cancelled so I could have the afternoon appointment. Mike was scheduled to come between 11-2pm. I received a call to say Mike had run into some issues at his current job so he would arrive between 2:20 and 2:30. I thought that time was rather specific but Mike arrived at 2:29! Mike was professional, very pleasant and started to work immediately. He did a great job. He left me booties to wear until the carpet dried. I also was given a very cute coffee mug!

Yep, I'm definitely converted. I've been using other cleaners in the past - no one has done nearly as good a job. Loved these guys - great that service was really thorough, carpets are VERY clean & not really wet when they left. They'll be dry in the next few hours - a key difference from other services. They also moved minor pieces of furniture out of the way to clean under them & just did a great job.

John G. at Peace Frog did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. John was very personable and professional. He arrived promptly and we worked efficiently. He took extra care with my freshly painted baseboards and walls; the took time to attempt to remove a stain (permanent ink marker.) I did not expect it to be possible and he admitted he could not get it totally out but it is better and I appreciated his effort. The carpets are fresh and look brand new; we are pleased with the results. While the carpet cleaning was excellent, I have to say that Peace Frog's most outstanding quality is their customer service! They are incredibly responsive, considerate, professional, detail oriented (which I greatly respect,) and everyone I communicated with was genuinely friendly. Tossing in bits of humor in their emails and on site was an added delight. I highly recommend their service and will consider using them again in the future.

This is the third year in a row that I've hired Peace Frog to clean my living room carpet. They're always on time, always friendly on the phone, and most importantly; always do an excellent job. Our dryer vent inspection was supposed to be a free check, but ours was chock full of birds nests and four years worth of dryer lint. We paid an upcharge to get that cleaned out, so that our house doesn't burn down. Worth it! John; our hardworking technician arrived on time and got straight to work. He cleaned out the (second story) dryer vent then steam cleaned the stairs and living room. That involved moving two couches, a table and two recliners. We also had a stain guard sprayed on the living room carpet, having learned our lesson over the past year. With a messy toddler, our living room carpet was disgusting yesterday morning, but looks almost new today. As always, I am so pleased with the work that Peace Frog did. At eight and a half months pregnant, I need things to be easy, on time and do what they say they will. Peace Frog always surpasses these expectations, and I will of course be calling them again next time. I highly recommend them to anyone, you can't go wrong with Peace Frog!

John the cleaner explained what he was going to do he was articulate and well groomed and very pleasant. He did an excellent job of cleaning the chair with no mess left behind. He came at the time scheduled and I was very happy with his work

It was absolutely amazing to work with Peace Frog. They were professional and flexible. We had to change our dates a few times and they were easy going and accommodating. The cleaning went well and they gave us some great tips for keeping our carpeting in good shape.

John was great. He really spent time trying to clean some pretty difficult spots and I was very pleased with the results. Would definitely use Peace Frog in the future.

GREAT! Jason knew his stuff! He was also very pleasant. He stayed on task but I have to say I had a good time chatting with him. Most importantly, he shared a few amazing tricks to remove dog hair. I have two yellow labs. His tricks of the trade will make the chore of fighting the shedding battle much, much easier. My furniture needed a lot of help and I didn't really expect to look like new again....but it does and at an amazing price. I'll use Peace Frog for all my future carpet and furniture cleaning. On time, professional, didn't make any guarantees about pet stains, but they all came out. Didn't ask me to pay for extra treatments--everything included. He was careful about my wood floor. Didn't leave a mess. Everything dried about when they said it would dry. I was quite pleased.

Very courteous and quick. I was comfortable having them in my home. This might seem strange to write, but it was almost too inexpensive. I was very please with the price.

Promptly arrived at specified time. Set up doorway edge protectors. Did a thorough job cleaning the specified caepet areas. He cleaned up completly after finishing the carpet cleaning job.

Replaced a part and suggested to have the vents cleaned.

The Peace Frog service technician was wonderful. He was very respectful, on time and did a great job. The scheduler called the same day to make the appointment and they got me in very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future!

Jason arrived on-time and was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and was able to remove a couple of stains I was unsuccessful in removing. Jason was thorough and the carpets look great.

I found them online. They were awesome and the price was good. The service was great and they did a great job. There were a lot of spots and they got them out. They explained what they were doing and their equipment. I think the price was very reasonable. We were very happy with what they did and we were very satisfied and I would use them again and recommend them. I was very impressed with them and they did say that there were a couple of spots that they couldn't get them out. They were honest and up front. They were on time and they were professional. They were easy to talk to and genuine.
