It went very well! We are very pleased.

Very impressed by the entire experience, from the contact person to the men who did the work. They left booties, something no one ever offered. All good. I will use them in the future and recommend them, as well.

Peace Frog does a great job of treating for cat urine and especially getting rid of the odor. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to use them regularly.

Service was scheduled with the Cedar Park location and was performed by Mike and another employee. They promptly showed up on time and immediately went to work. The service took just over an hour. Both employees were very professional. They took care to protect our front door and hall furnishings from their equipment and wiped up residual water on the floor when done. We were completely satisfied with the results and will go back to Peace Frog for future cleaning needs.

Prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job!

John R arrived on time after a 30 minute "heads up". He was clean, courteous and efficient. After examining the furniture, he explained in just the right amount of detail what he would be doing and what results would be expected, pointing out worn areas vs stained.

Mike did a great job, on time, courteous, took care not to scratch the walls. Could not have been better. I will use them again.

The technician arrived right on schedule after calling to give me a half hour notice. He explained what he had been authorized to do and asked if I would like to make any changes. He performed all the cleaning and surface protection I had requested. He was courteous and professional at all times . He left my home clean and did not damage any furniture or walls in the cleaning process.

John was able to arrive a little early for the appt which worked out great. He confirmed our order and asked if we'd like to have the couch/love-seats cleaned and that he could do them while he was there. I said let's do it! Very professional, pleasant young man. He did a great job of going over the carpet and upholstery and made sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. He cleaned everything up before he left.

Excellent job. Peace Frog is a very professional company. All contacts were handled in the most professional manner. The cleaning Technician was Jason Schmidt. He did a great job. Very professional. Explained every part of the cleaning process. Handled all of our questions completely. Worked hard and straight through the process. The only negative that we could find was that the process started slightly late. But, if you live in Austin you have to get used to that. Gotta love Mopac at rush hour. This is the second time I've used Peach Frog Carpet Cleaning and I must say they lived up to my expectations again. The whole process from receiving the quote to the actual service went smoothly, quickly and professionally. Jason, the technician who completed the work, was very professional and friendly. He took time to explain the process and even provided me with information on how to maintain the sectional and wool rug going forward. He worked quickly and cleaned up after the work was done. My carpet, rug and sectional look and smell wonderful. I will use Peace Frog again when the time comes.

I had all my carpets cleaned by Peace Frog just a couple of months ago but unfortunately my very old dog spent his last weeks quick sick and my carpets suffered. I called Peace Frog just before Thanksgiving knowing they were busy but asked if they could fit me in. Emily found a cancellation and Jason came out and cleaned my carpets and stairs. He spent extra time on spots. The house looks great and it was a relief to have it clean before Thanksgiving. Jason is professional and has good suggestions. I signed a maintenance contract for a great price and will get three cleanings over the next year.

two nice young men with great attitudes came and cleaned our grout .... we decidd to pay to have the grout stained, which they did WITH toothbrushes.. very labor intensive but it looks GREAT, like a new floor. Peace Frog followed up with a phone call and a post card with a discount offer on future work... a great business model!!!

Peace Frog was recommended by our carpet installer, Door to Door Flooring. I talked with Gene about cleaning our carpet in the master bedroom & also about removing some stains where our dog had thrown up a few months ago. He was very thorough in explaining how it would be cleaned & treated. James arrived on time, looked over the area that needed special attention & went right to work. He explained how he would clean & treat it. He did an excellent job. I would certainly use them again.

Peter did a super job and left my carpeting looking like new. He was punctual and personable, got right to work. The cleaning was done in about 2 hours and I couldn't be happier with the work.

I was very happy with Michael and his assistant - they were excellent and Peace Frog lived up to its good reputation. They were prompt, neat, and thorough. They treated pet stain areas, spent lots of time on dirty stairs, and worked on stubborn stains. My carpets have never been so clean! They also steam cleaned my tile flooring, something that had NEVER been done so it was really dirty. Once the tiles and grout were clean, they applied sealant. They offered me additional services while they were there for a modest fee - they cleaned my dryer vents and also power-washed a dirty driveway. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a cute mug with a frog on it!

I found Peace Frog on Angies List and after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and give them a try and BOY am I glad I did. My 5 bedroom, game room, media room carpet looks like new and the smell of lemons when I came home was wonderful. Without a doubt I will continue to use this company for my carpet cleaning. The Peace Frog guys showed up on time and were fast, courteous, thorough, and very respectful of my belongings. They carefully worked around light fixtures, etc. Everything looked really nice after they were done, including the especially dirty sunroom. They also got a red stain out of the bedroom carpet that had been there since I moved in. At the last minute, I asked to add couch upholstery cleaning to my order. They tested the material to see if it would work with their cleaners, and we found it wouldn't, but I appreciate their patience in trying. They also offered to sweep my hardwood floor at the end to tidy up.

Arrived on time and performed an awesome job all house floors. Floors looked like new again. Grout was back to original color with no stains. Pets stains were all removed and no pet odor. First time my house floors were cleaned professionally in two years. House is no in new home condition and ready to sale! Thank you Peace Frog for a really awesome service:-)

We had our tile and grout cleaned after moving into a new home. John R. did a great job explaining the process to me, as well as pointing out where we had stains, and how we could fix those areas. I never felt like I was being up sold, but rather given the information needed to make an educated decision on how to care for our floors. I would definitely use them again.

After years of use by teenage boys (and a dog), the carpet in my game room was a mess. Soft drink spills, and general dirt and grime. I thought it was going to have to be replaced, but I gave Peace Frogs a try and I am glad I did. James appeared when promised, and in less than one hour had that carpet cleaned and everything put back together. The carpet - a beige Berber - looks amazing. And, he gave me tips on how to keep it clean as well. I couldn't be happier.

Focus is squarely on customer satisfaction. Prior to contacting Peace Frog, I had been using the same carpet cleaning company for 12 years (who had always done a very good job at our home). When it came time to having the carpets done again, I decided to check out local Austin companies on Angie's List and found Peace Frog - and all of their great reviews. I know now why so many people say such nice things about Peace Frog. The company I was using prior was less expensive, but I highly recommend Peace Frog and will use them in the future.
