Wonderful- 2nd time using these great folks and we'll definitely look to them in the future. Ridiculously friendly and cheerful at all times, these guys know how to clean well, clean thoroughly, and leave no impact on the rest of our house while doing it. They show up, move stuff around, clean the area, and put everything back. It's like our dirt magically disappears. Love these guys.

It went great, Steve Tello showed up within the time window, was courteous, went right to work. There was a possibility of an extra charge due to our house being 2 stories but it was not required and he removed it from the invoice prior to having me sign for the work. I would use Peace Frog Carpet and Tile Cleaning again.

From the initial phone call to the completed carpet cleaning service, Peace Frog was honest and professional and provided excellent service. They made sure we knew exactly what to expect and exactly how much the service would cost before any work was done. On the day of the cleaning, James showed up on time and was very professional the entire time he was working in our home. Our carpets turned out even better than we expected, and we'd happily use Peace Frog again and refer them to others.

Great job. They patiently worked with me as I changed the date/time twice. The technician was on time, answered all my questions and was very professional in doing his job. The floors looked great when he left. All spots were gone from the carpets and the tile and the grout came out really nice.

This was the third or fourth time I've asked Peace Frog to clean our kitchen floors. They always do a great job. James was awesome, kept everything clean and asked questions to assure our dog would not run outside with the door cracked, etc. The tile looks great and he got the grimy look out of the kitchen grout, especially in front of the oven and sink. It looks really good now. For the money, you really cannot beat it. Their customer service and quality are why I keep going back. I know if I call they will answer and they will be here when they say they will. I will call again.

Technician Ben was very knowledgable and provided helpful advice about maintenance scheduling and my specific dryer vent setup which I appreciated. The cleaning service itself was good too.??

Karmen called to let me know that they were on their way. John R arrived a short time later. He introduced himself, took a look at the carpets and areas needing special attention and got right to work. He took the time to protect my front door from the hose. While he was here I discovered an area rug also had pet stains and odor. He was able to clean the area rug as well for me.

These guys are awesome!!!! They came a few minutes early, cleaned everything beautifully using products that did the job without harsh chemicals and that smelled wonderful, and scrubbed our entrance way tile till it shone. The two technicians, Jason and Ben, were nice, professional, and speedy. Everyone we contacted at this company was great. We will be using them again.

Super nice guys. Very informative. Bought the coupon for 200 sq ft of cleaning for $108. The additional sq ft was maybe about .69 per sq ft (I think it came out to under $20 more. I did my kitchen, laundry room, one downstairs bathroom and small entry way. The coupon price didn't include sealing so that along with the extra service of sofa and ottoman cleaning came out to the extra $292, total of $400 altogether. They did let me know my sealing and upholstery cleaning options but since they were there and I didn't think I'd do it myself, plus I was already loving the results of their work, I asked them to do the sealing & upholstery cleaning. Can't remember how long it took altogether but I have to say they were super quick. Maybe an hour or hour and a half. I really can't stand dark grout lines and was so happy with the results. My tile looked brand new! There were just one or two spots that didn't come AS perfect as the rest.

First thing Ben did was pre-treat all the carpets with an enzyme prior to beginning the actual steam cleaning process. Then he layer out all his equipment and planned out his work. He put an extreme amount of effort into assuring the carpets were perfectly cleaned and every spot was removed. He did the same thing for the three sofa's. I'm amazed at the results. Everything is so clean and fresh now you can really tell the difference. I immediately went and changed out my AC filters and the house is so refreshingly clean. Jason arrived right in the middle of the time frame given. He completed the job in just under an hour, as he predicted, and the carpets look brand new. The area rug is right at the front door. It had become very dull and brown-ish. Now the design and colors are clearly visible and I remember why I loved it in the first place. Before Jason left, I asked him about the state of the tile floors in the house. When we moved into this house a year ago, we inherited tile grout that refuses to remember its original light color.. Jason brought in some equipment to demonstrate how it could be cleaned up and we discussed the alternative which is to replace and seal the grout. We'll probably do that down the road. Peace Frog also cleaned our carpets in our previous house. They did a great job but I was especially impressed when the large area rug although beautifully clean, remained a bit wavy on the edges. They went the extra mile to make it right again. I was so impressed with their devotion to customer service.

As promised, the office called 30 minutes before the technician, Steve, arrived. Steve did a great job and was very professional. We have used Peace Frog before, and will use them again.

The young guy they sent worked efficiently and he did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Micheal (technician) arrived on time and got straight to work. The whole process was easy and seamless. The apartment was reasonable clear and he moved a few small objects and worked around the larger ones and also mopped the stonework in the bathroom. Of the hassles involved in moving it is really appreciated when something goes smoothly and that was because of the professionalism of the tech. Highly recommended.

Mike does a great job. He arrives on time, is polite and answers our questions, and makes sure that he does a thorough job. He also does a good job of making sure that corners of woodwork and doors are well protected while he is working. We will be asking for him to continue cleaning our carpets in the future.

On the scheduled day, the company called and explained that Jason's truck was broken down and he was unable to come. They offered to send another technician or to have Jason come the next day at whatever time worked for me. I was a little upset having moved all the furniture and taken the door to the kennel, but they were so nice, and honest, about it. Jason called the next day and said kept me up to date on exact timing and showed up right on the minute. He and his co-worker worked fast and hard and had my two rooms cleaned in no time. They cleaned an extra area for no charge to make up for the inconvenience they had caused me the day before. Jason is excellent about explaining processes and explains what products they are using. He goes through the area first and makes sure he knows where there are spots or high traffic areas and pre-treats them. I'm very happy with Peace Frog and look forward to the other two cleanings on my contract.

John R. was the technician who shampooed our carpet. He arrived precisely at 1:00pm as scheduled and introduced himself. After going over what needed to be done, he set up protectors for wall corners and got started. He pre-treated carpet, shampooed and finally added a protector to prevent soiling. At the end, he raked the entire area. John was very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He shampooed three rooms - living, master and study, moving all furniture as he went along. Everything he moved was put back in its place, on foam blocks to prevent staining. Finally, he explained when I could expect carpet to be dry and when I could remove foam blocks. I am very happy with the work John R. did. He works at the Cedar Park location and I will definitely recommend Peace Frog!

This Company is all about customer service! I called to schedule service for carpet, vent and tile. The representative was helpful and worked to get the best savings for the service. A few days later I called to change the service (we decided to replace the tile). Again, the representative was more than willing to make changes, she was pleasant and helpful. John G arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough. I love the fact that he did not spend a lot of time trying to upsell me. He asked if there was anything else he could do, and let me know that if I was not satisfied with the quality of work to call and it will be fixed. My vent is clean, my dryer works well, the carpets are clean. to top it off he gave me shoe covers and a PeaceFrog cup. If you want a great job, great service and a reasonable price call this co.

No longer a good company in my view. 3rd cleaning scheduled with them. This time they tried to switch pricing on me at the door for the area rug over the carpet which they have always cleaned in the past. My home is just 1294 sq ft. Their price +/- $280 (without discounts). As always I requested that they clean the olefin rug on top of the carpet, NOT the carpet underneath. This time they suddenly decided that would be $100 extra. No extra space to be cleaned, absurd to charge extra. Unlike a wool or cotton rug that may bleed or lose color, olefin is low cost and does not lose color. Irrational, inflexible and price switching is a dreadful business practice. I'll use another company from now on.

It was awesome. I really was impressed with the punctuality and the vendor's refusal to try and upsale me on things. I thought we needed a pet treatment but he told me that in fact I did not ... i was shocked. :) I recommend using these guys.
