They were fantastic.They were here the next day. The service man was a real gentle man and pointed out spots he was working on that I did not notice, Real professional, worked hard an a high traffic area.

Steve (my technician) arrived a little late due to extremely heavy rains and as anyone in Austin knows the traffic when it rains is awful. We walked through the areas I wanted to have cleaned and Steve got right to work. Steve pointed out several areas of wear and some stains that I was aware of. I had previously used Peace Frog and was pleased with their work so I had them back (it has been almost 3 years). This is the first time I have used the tile service and it really helped to have them cleaned deeply. I will use Peace Frog again and was very pleased with Steve's professionalism.

They carpet wasn't cleaned very well. It didn't look very nice a while later and we had to get it cleaned again. The people were very nice but the cleaning process was terrible.

My carpet is old, so no unreasonable expectations were demanded, but I was very pleased with how my carpet looked in the end. Peace Frog employees are always professional, prompt and friendly. Great. Four bedrooms, an area rug, big hallway and stairs. We have two good sized dogs, so lots of traffic...and HAIR! Very pleased with outcome.

I had Peace Frog a couple years ago and in between I hired another company though Amazon? or Groupon? I don't remember. I erase negative memories when I can. I told Peace Frog today I will never stray again. Mike came on time, 30 min notice of arrival during the window scheduled. He was very pleasant, professional, remeasured the square footage of the space involved as I added a bathroom as well as four wool carpet runners. He gave me the price for the service and then started. He worked on areas as he went leaving a dryer once he finished and moved to a new section. The whole process took approximately two and a half hours and the house is clean and dry and spotless. I gave the price an A rating as it mattered not to me once I'd experienced a very bad service. I will return to Peace Frog Cedar Park every time.

Jason from Peace Frog did an excellent job with steam cleaning our sofa and chairs. He checked before starting to ensure that the material of the furniture was compatable with their cleaning solutions. Both he and the woman making the appoinment were freindly and personable and they followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. I am not only enjoyinng a nice clean sofa but also the Peace Frog coffee mug they left.

The representatives who did the work were professional and friendly. They wore booties and used corner guards. The office followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. The carpet looks nice and clean and there is no pet smell at all.

I am extremely happy with Peace Frog and John R. They were timely, professional, meticulous and listened to my concerns. Special attention was paid to an area a dog had used as a bathroom and the results were better than expected.

Amazing! These guys were on time, very polite, and very friendly. They noticed I was throwing out a rug with pet stains that I didn't think could be removed. They offered to clean it and did a great job, so I didn't have to toss a 2-year old $700 rug. They also cleaned a wool sofa (one my dog LOVES to sit on all day) and a synthetic sofa. Lastly, they made sure there was nothing toxic in the cleaning, since I'm pregnant. Best service ever!

Outstanding-Cameron in the office was friendly and professional. This was a semi-emergency and she managed to schedule me the next day. Ben arrived on time and after explaining what he was going to do got right to work. He was an expert and In less than an hour my problem was solved.
