My experience with Peace Frog was outstanding from beginning to end! Leah was courteous and friendly and thorough when I made the appointment, and especially so when it was necessary to postpone the service. Herles arrived promptly, full of good cheer and eager to go to work. He managed to make carpet and furniture look new again! And most importantly, he laughed at this old lady's "jokes"!

Everyone from the person answering the phone to the people who showed up at the door showed great attention to providing excellent service. The scheduler made it seem easy to accommodate my needs. The clearing crew was polite and efficient. The team leader provided detailed information on other services they offered when I asked, but he didn't try to do a hard sell on service add-ons. During the cleaning, I was given the opportunity to inspect the work being completed. The technicians appeared to take pride in the work they were doing. They were professional. As I asked about their other services, I was offered the opportunity to have the added service completed at that time rather than schedule another visit. They didn't seemed rushed and made every effort to address the homeowner needs. And - Peace Frog sent a thank you card within a week of providing the service. It was nice to be acknowledged as a consumer who gets to make a choice of service providers. I had never heard of Peace Frog before becoming a member of Angie's List. What caught my eye was the company name (I'm a child of the 60's and the Peace Frog is cute), AND the company had excellent reviews. So, I tried them and now will continue to use them.

They charge around $45.00 for small room and $90.00 for large.

Excellent experience from start to finish, including initial conversations with Leah and Cameron about services. pricing and scheduling to Martin doing a careful and thorough job on site - the results were outstanding. Highly recommend Peace Frog - will use them again myself!

Scheduling an appointment over the phone was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the detailed invoice that was emailed in advance (no surprises on cost). I received a friendly call from the office 30 minutes before the service provider, John, arrived. He was prompt, friendly, and worked quickly. The carpet looks great!

I got a confirmation email the day before and then Sal, the technician who came to our house, contacted me ahead of time as promised and then did a awesome job, to boot. They came out and they did an excellent job. We've used them several times. They usually have the carpet cleaned in a reasonable amount of time; about an hour to an hour and a half.

Sal did an outstanding job on the carpets, he asked exactly what I wanted done, he moved the furniture, he left protectors under all of the furniture, he was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Ray came out and cleaned our carpet and did a pet odor enzyme treatment (the treatment smelled like oranges and some kind of spice. SO GOOD and didn't upset my allergies). The carpets look incredible and the lingering smell of oranges is lovey as well. I couldn't be happier.

Peace Frog's work is beyond what I expected. Ben made my cream-colored loose-cushion sofa look as clean & soft as it had when I had it re-upholstered 5 years ago. As for the similarly-styled chair, given the damage my dog had inflicted on one side of the seat cushion I was worried about the results of having it cleaned (fearing the fabric would fall apart). No worries: the entire chair, which is upholstered in a paisley fabric, looks bright and new. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Peace Frog for their competence, professionalism, friendly service, and value.
