Professional and quick service, we noticed a big difference immediately!

Given that it is November, I anticipated they would have a long waiting list. Not so. They got back to me very promptly and had an opening in their schedule in a few days. They provided an estimate and the job was scheduled and completed less than a week later. They estimated the attic insulation averaged R18 and suggested adding at least R20. The cost was based on square footage of the house and $1 (or so) per square foot for fiberglass. Note: they said cellulose is a bit cheaper (and maybe a bit better) so if you can go that route, it's probably the better choice.

We were short about 8 feet when finishing the job, the company owner/manager met me there on a Saturday afternoon late so that we could finish up the job that day. Now that is customer service!

We had very little insulation in our house attic when we purchased the home. Payless did a great job, and it was done in a day.

Job went very well, including cleanup at the end of the job. This insulation takes time to dry but it is worth every penny. Our 6000 sq.ft warehouse stays very cool and our electric bill at our business is lower than at my house. Great product.

The crew was very couteous, arrived early for scheduled appointment, they insulated my customers attic, finished in a timely manner, and did a thorough clean up when all done, this is an awesome company and very fair priced...

I was pleased with the quality of the material and the work performed. For a reasonable price, I was able to have a portion of the attic and the outside walls to our bedrooms insulated on our 1950's home.

Estimate was good. Services performed as stated and with courteous staff. Blown in insulation can be a mess but they were conscientious about cleanup.

They installed insulation on a house we were selling and passed it passed inspection and sold.

The driver ran into my car. He apologized. I called the supervisor. He came, heard the story. He left their insurance. I called their adjuster to look at the car. She agreed it was clear my car was hit from the side, also she said this company had three other driver claims against it. THEN she called and said the driver had written a letter saying I pulled out of my driveway, backed up around the cul-de-sac and hit their truck. The manager came to my house and yelled at me for calling their insurance. My partner had to ask him not to yell at me. He finally said he'd at least send the deductible so I could pay for my car to be repaired. That was months ago. I've called and emailed several times, but no response. I paid. I did what I was to do, but this has cost me a lot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND ARE DISHONORABLE.

Because this was a rental home at the time, I had to do most of the communication over the phone. Neil was great in meeting up with me for an estimate when I did get to Austin, and he explained everything very well. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, they were quick to schedule. I wasn't present for installation, but I had no complaints from the person I had meet them at the house. They got the job done properly and quickly without making a mess. I have a thermostat that logs temperatures in the house, and within the week there was a profound difference in how often the AC would come on! The insulation I would definitely recommend Payless Insulation for any insulation needs. They are quick, professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

We had siding replaced some years ago and found that there was no insulation in the exterior walls. We contacted Payless and they gave me an estimate to blow in cellulose insulation from the inside. They were very certain to make sure we knew about how many holes were going to be made to the drywall and cabinet backs and they worked diligently to minimize the mess. Since we were repairing/replacing drywall and painting throughout the home (and had already moved out), it was not an issue for us. It's important to note that the work did not include the drywall repairs (we did that separately). The house looks beautiful and is much better protected against the elements, fire and sounds/scents from the outside. The work went very smoothly and they kept in touch with us through the whole process. We definitely recommend them for your insulation needs.

. Payless insulation is an excellent company to do business with. I added R48 cellouse insulation to a 1300 square foot attic and insulation for the attic hatch. The job went very well. I worked with Nate and Neil. Both have integrity and are easy to work with. The payless crew was very cordial and prepared the area well to prevent any mess. The insulation crew was very diligent and took alot of pride in their work. When I meet the crew I was very confident in their ability. One of the installer said genuinely told me he wanted to do good a job on my attic. The quality of cellouse is excellent. It is much heavier than I thought. One bag weighs about 35 lbs. I pick one bag of cellouse and was surprise about how heavy and dense it is. It is hard to tell in reviews until you actually touch it and carry a bag. The crew arrived on time and was pleasure to work. This is the best contractor I have worked with. I have already recommended Payless to several people. Payless was very good at returning my calls and emails and was very responsive to my questions even after my job was done. I would absolutely use them again. Thanks Nate and Neil. I was very pleased with Payless. Everything from the initial contact, quote and finally work went very easy and smooth. The crew arrived on time and the work was completed professionally with no issue the entire day.

We had an excellent experience with Payless Insulation. Our new house seemed cold, therefore we contacted Payless Insuation and they determined that we lacked any insulation. They sent a team out and completed the entire house within three days. They drilled three small holes between the studs and pumped in insulation. The workers were great - professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Company managers visited the work each day. We had a strange situation with the ceiling, because it was impossible to reach from our attic. Payless Insulation developed a plan and were able to put as much insulation as possible in the ceiling from below. They cleaned up at the end of the day and overall were very nice. We did not look at other companies, because of their high Angie's List rating, so I cannot comment on the price.
