Description of Work: He came out late in the day with the story that a neighbor had backed out on his contract and they had this asphalt that they needed to use by the end of the day. He offered us what he said was a really good deal ($20.00 a square yard). We only wanted a small portion of our driveway done and he just adding to that. He did not offer us an estimate of what the job would cost and we foolishly did not get an estimate. It was much more than we wanted to spend fortunately we had the money. We had just planned to spend the money on other things. The workmanship was good but when I looked on the internet his scam was the first one mentioned.
