Did a great job! Slow on the draw when it comes to getting a bid. They are a very busy company. Very happy with their work and integrity.

We found them on Angie's List. They do good work, and it didn't cost a dime more than their estimate. They were prompt, they were punctual, and they were very attentive to my requests. There were several things they had to do to the fence to make me happy.

Top notch company. I we will be using them again soon for other projects.

The work went quickly, only two days, and they removed all trash, though didn't replace edging they had to move to dig the post holes--a minor chore easily fixed. A nice job!

They got back to me well and gave me multiple quotes to choose from. They were very quick on the job and they addressed all my issues. They were able to get it done within a day. Two people came out to do the work and then a third guy came out to bring more material a couple days later. I am totally satisfied with the job.

It went very well because they have a great crew and the owner of the company takes personal care of his clients. They are a great company.

First patriot sent me an estimate that was about 30% too low because of incorrect measurements. I don't know how they could do this because I showed the estimator a copy of our land survey which is quite clear. Then after I discovered the error and asked for a new estimate they just stopped returning my emails.

The receptionist was very polite and her follow-up was very thorough. However, my appointment was scheduled at 1pm. I explained to them that I would be using my lunch break to meet them at my house. I waited at the house until 1:45 but I had to leave to return to work. The person providing the estimate called me at 2pm to inform me that they had arrived at the house and would proceed into the backyard to measure the fence. They left me a voice message and never had approval to enter the back yard. Also, the bid came back significantly higher than other bids I had received. I decided not to use this company.

They did an excellent job. He was helpful and informative. He has best price and completed the work quickly.

We have called this company on two separate occasions for a quote on 350' chain link fence installation (left 3 messages) and for a quote on a 40'x100' composite privacy fence (left 2 messages). None of the messages were returned.

The installation went smoothly. They had to postpone my job for 1 day because the rain earlier in the week put them behind schedule. They dug the holes & installed the posts on a Saturday & returned on Monday to put up the chain link. I liked the fact that the man who made the estimate was the same one who did the work. The one problem I had was with their scheduling. They re-scheduled the job 3 times (the last time was due to weather, so that didn't bother me). Each time they called the day before to let me know about the need to reschedule, so I didn't sit at home waiting for someone to show up. But, it was rather annoying to have the job being postponed so many times. But, the work they did was very good & I will use them again if I need to. In fact, I have recommended them to others.

I called and emailed this company several times and attempted over several weeks to get them to respond to my calls and emails, but not one time did they respond. This company either has to much work and does not need the business or they are commercial only.

Jameson and his crew were amazing. Every aspect of the job, from the bidding to the work to the final touches, was handled in the most professional manner. The fence is beautifully done. All of our communications with the company, from scheduling to billing etc was prompt, smooth, and professional. We absolutely love our fence, and are so happy that we chose Patriot Fence. As far as we are concerned, they are the best fence company in Austin.

Excellent service - Jamie came by to prepapre a quote very soon after I called - no problems. He provided a quote and we worked on it. He was very patient and professional. Even when I texted him with follow up questions, he always responded and explained in detail. The work was done timely and they were responsive when we made changes or wanted some things corrected. They sent someone immediately over the weekend and resolved it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs fence work.

This couldn't have been a better transaction. After scouring reviews on Angie's List for fence builders in Austin, it became apparent that Patriot Fence and Construction was the only company with a stellar rating. Unfortunately for me, I was under a schedule crunch and assumed that Patriot probably wouldn't be able to fit me it. Not so. I spoke with Jameson Thornton, General Manager, who came to the site the next morning, took measurements and had me a bid the next day. Not only that, he was able to fit the repair and new construction in days later on a Saturday, which was the install date that I really needed. The team that came out to do the work couldn't have been more professional or polite. They talked me through what they planned to do, worked with me every step of the way to iron out details like whether or not to keep the fence running on slope or level where the ground flattened out. In the end, we got the combo that we wanted and they did a fantastic job. For anyone who has read the reviews, and horror stories, about other fence-building companies in Austin, I can tell you from our experience that Patriot came through for us every step of the way and I would highly recommend them to everyone else. Called to request an estimate, and James was out at the house the next day to talk to us about options. Not only was the bid the lowest of three, but James was the most helpful and knowledgeable representative that we talked to out of them all. We scheduled the date for the work to be completed and it was actually completed 5 days earlier than originally scheduled. Santos, the one-man crew, was an incredibly hard worker - even in the 100+ degree heat. His work was top-notch, and he did it all in one day! Use Patriot Fence - They're awesome!

All aspects of the job were performed well by Patriot. Their representative showed up as scheduled to provide an estimate and their crew arrived as promised to install the fence. The two-man crew who built the fence did an excellent job with nice carpentry details on the fence. They also were very responsive to my requests and cleaned the job site when they were done. I would highly recommend Patriot for any fence construction.

They did exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price!

I was so pleased with Joey, James, Juan and Dale. They were terrific. I had an initial bid come in via email and Joey came out to followup and measure to make sure it was valid and workable. This was a Monday and i sprung it on him that I wanted it done by that Friday afternoon, if possible, for a party I was hosting. He called the office and they agreed to make it happen. When the crew showed up, they were curtious, asked questions about how I wanted to work around some of the issues in my yard (cement edging, trees in the middle of the fenceline, etc... They always had a suggested solution but asked first. If possible, I would recommend anyone that has a fence built try to be home for these unexpected popups. I was really glad I was. They got it all done and even came back to fix a few of the board that were crooked the next week. They called to make sure we were satisfied with the work and THEN asked for the final payment. I'm relatively new to Angie's list but felt that these folks deserved credit for working so fast and for being throrough. They gave us what we promised and the fence looks great. The only reason I put a B for responsiveness is that I called the office a couple of times to ask when they would start and didn't hear back. But they showed up--so I'm not that upset. They may just be understaffed in the office.

They came out to view the property for an estimate and disappeared. I've called them 3x. Guess they don't need my business.

I had the company stain the new section of fence they had replaced for me in the spring after that section got knocked over in a storm. They worked with me to temporarily repair it quickly since I live on a corner and the damaged section left our bedroom exposed to a lot of traffic. The new fence with steel posts is far superior to the one put in by the builder a little over 4 years ago. They also replaced a gate & smaller section of the fence which faces the front. I had a good rapport on the phone with Jameson, & his office kept me informed about when they could come out. The crew who came out was great, and they left the work area completely clean. Jameson came out for the staining and fixed some damage done by a landscape company. He is a very nice man who knows his business. I hadn't realized that this company was used by our neighbors when they replaced a section of our adjoining fence when they built a pool, so I know that the fence will "wear well" over time.

As stated above, he showed up and took some measurements (but didn't take ALL measurements) and said he'd figure out the price and let us know via email within two days. Never got an email. Never got a follow-up call. Will never use this company.

I reached out to them 3 times, mentioned Angie's List, mentioned that I had an urgent need, and no response (besides an automated email that said "Someone should contact me shortly"). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to anyone, because they simply do not respond.

They were very nice people and the guy that did the ironwork was very nice. However, I think they double-charged me, but I could never get a hold of them to talk about it. Depending on what I wanted done, the price should've been $600 to $800, but I think they charged me double and I couldn't communicate with them to clarify the issue because they were really unresponsive.
