Description of Work: Fence and gate. Excellent work! Workers they contracted were great! If I return for another section of fence I will request those two guys to do the work!!!

Description of Work: PATRIOT FENCE AND CONSTRUCTION replaced 5 rotten wooden posts. The work was done in a professional manner.

Description of Work: Never came to do the work or give us the estimate so we gave up after chasing them for over a month and found another fence company that was awesome!

Description of Work: They repaired a section of fence that was damaged from a falling tree. The work was done quickly and the worker was friendly and polite. However, we had an issue with the quote and billing. The damage was to an 8 ft section, and I told them that many of my pickets would be reused. The scheduler told me that we would adjust the quote based on actual use. Note-quote was taken over the phone & no one came to my property before service. Turns out she quoted the wrong size pickets and the correct ones were more expensive. Initially, they expected me to pay for 8 ft of pickets (from original quote) plus $35 for the more expensive pickets. The problem was they only used 10 new pickets - not the whole 8 ft. Ultimately, they agreed that the quote should be re-done according to actual materials and labor. Over all the work was good but I would be more careful about the specifics of the job if I did use them again.

Description of Work: They put up a fence on the left side of the fence. It fell over during a hailstorm and gave me a great price on a steel fence. They do beautiful work!

Description of Work: This was a very small job. I needed my gates in my wooden fence repaired. They had bent badly. The serviceman simply added 2 or 3 wooden braces in areas needed and also trimmed 2-3 inches from the bottom so they wouldn't drag when opened. The only problem I had was getting a call-back from them to get the ball rolling. Rain caused another hold-up but it seems to be okay now.

Description of Work: Removed old privacy fence and installed new one. All went well. About eleven months later some boards had warped or come loose, and the gates had sagged some. It was still under the one year warranty and they made all the necessary repairs promptly and satisfactorily.

Description of Work: New fence and gate with metal posts around our small back yard. They were fantastic. If I could give them a higher rating than "A" above, I would. The fence looks superb!

Description of Work: Built 6ft wood privacy fence between houses

Description of Work: Patriot installed 183 feet of cedar picket fencing, including 2 gates & galvanized posts, for a reasonable cost; they did good work; were prompt & professional. I will definitely use them again for Phase 2 of the project; my neighbor recently used Patriot as well for our adjoining fence. Good firm!

Description of Work: There was a large gap between the fence and gate that was visible from the street and it took threatening to cancel payment to get it fixed. They did come out then and take care of it. They divided the cost between our neighbor and us so that made it easy. Overall they were good and we would use them again.

Description of Work: They repaired places where a large dog would break through the fence. The price was very reasonable, HOWEVER, THEY BACKED UP THEIR SATISFACTION GUARANTE TO THE FULLEST!!!. THEY DIDN'T ESTIMATE THE CREATIVITY OF THE LARGE ROTWEILER, WHO WOULD TUNNEL UNDER, JUMP OVER AND ACTUALLY PUNCH THROUGH WEAKER PLANKS. AFTER THE FOURTH REPAIR, THE DOG HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT!!! WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Description of Work: Called and left a message with Jameson. He returned my call and left a voicemail. Returned his call and got a response from Joey. Said he would be out Monday(He knew I would not be there) and leave an estimate for the repair of the gate. Called on Tues for Estimate-"Oh JW di that one, I'll call you right back"-nothing. Called Wed...same response-nothing.... called and left Jameson a message on Thursday stating I wasn't getting a responce-nothing. Had the gate done by someone else and got a call from Jameson the following week, so two weeks after I requested an estimate. Guess my job wasn't big enough, but was very important to me.
