I contacted this company for a window enclosure of my patio in June 2021. . My home was under construction and I was ready to move three months later. The salesman promise to have the windows installed by the time of moving. To my surprise no work was done before and after I moved. Their excuse was that they have transportation and supply problems and could not give a definite timeline when the project would be completed. I decided to cancel since I had waited enough and had traveling plans for the next six months. They said my $6,000 deposit was not refundable because I did not cancel within three days of signing the contract. To this day they refuse to return my money. I feel they deceive me and used my money to keep their operation going when they knew they could not meet their obligation to build the project on time.

They havent resolved my issues yet. Still working on fixing the leak. they didnt send a very experienced installer so they had to come out several times. They didnt build it to code and the sub contractors they used were not fully qualified to do the job. The screen door is not installed correctly and I am still waiting for them to resolve this.

Everything wient pretty well.
