I was so impressed with Organic Carpet Care! I had been trying so hard to get my FLOR tile rugs clean on my own -- spot cleaning, renting a carpet cleaner, and dismantling the rugs and scrubbing each individual tile in the bathtub (twice!). Called these guys and after a few back-and-forth texts I had an appointment the next day. The owner's daughter and her fiance did our rugs and they were lovely (best of luck to them!). Nearly all the stains were removed, save for a coffee spill that had gone untreated for quite some time and didn't come all the way out. Stains that *were* removed included an oily mess of sunscreen that the dog ate and vomited back up, baby spit-up, beet juice, and all other manners of toddler dirt and snacks. We paid the minimum charge of $90 for two rugs, which may seem steep, but after all the trouble I went through trying to clean them myself I'd pay double. Love the technology as well and that it dried quickly and didn't leave chemicals in the house for our kids and pets to walk through.

I am so sorry that I did not write this review sooner unfortunately the holidays got so busy I didn't get to it, but you can see that I was impressed enough with the service that I am coming back now to let you know how well this went. My carpets were left looking like new. Most impressive were how clean the stairs were after and they still look good all these months after. Mike spot treated a stuborn stain that has not come back as it did with other treatments. I used them because I have a dog with very sensitive skin and he did very well with this cleaning method. The carpets are virtually left dry. The last time I had the carpets steam cleaned it took forever to dry. He wast on time, was able to come on short notice and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

They were great. They were fast. The carpets look like they're brand new. The carpets were completely dry and they were done in a very short amount of time.

I used the services of Organic Carpet Care a couple of months ago and he, Michael Sullivan, is actually coming in tomorrow. He was here to just clean the carpets. When he cleans the carpet he uses a lot of chemicals, and the carpet normally dries within about a half-hour that is apposed to the usual 4 hours when you have somebody else to come out. So, it is done very quickly and efficiently, and he takes care of pet stains and things like. He really does it like within an hour or something like that. I will absolutely use their services in the future if I would need to.

This was the second time Steve came over to clean my carpets and he still maintains the high level of quality. What was great about Steve, is he explained the science behind carpet cleaning and why his approach is superior. I must say the results speak for themselves. Not only are the carpets cleaner, but they stay clean longer. Organic Carpet Care is not a great deal, its a great VALUE. I highly recommend Organic Carpet Care and Steve(owner) for all your carpet cleaning needs.

Mike was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job - especially cleaning the tile. It is so refreshing to have a service provider who obviously takes so much pride in his work. He took the time to do things right and didn't just rush through the job. I couldn't be happier with his work and work ethic.

WARNING: DOES NOT OWN CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND DOES NOT TREAT ODORS We called Mike and scheduled an appointment to treat pet odor. The day of, he tried to change the time. Then, after I talked him into keeping his appointment, he sprinkled some sort of fairy dust he called enzymes on the carpet and stirred it with some sort of buffer. The carpet was in EXACTLY the same condition as it was $85 earlier. When we called to ask why nothing was better he told us he did not treat odors and could not help us resolve this issue. Fairy dust may be organic, but nothing about this group caused anything to get clean.
