"Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you were not happy with our service. You purchased a 2 hour handyman and had an unreasonable list of projects for him to accomplish. You had 40ft of baseboards and caulk to install, 3'x3' closet you wanted cedar panels installed and laminate flooring. That is too much work for two hours and you did not want to purchase additional hours. (I went over this with you at the time of scheduling). He got there went over the jobs with you and told you what he could do in 2 hours and he started working. You have to understand that it takes time to get your tools out, measure, cut, and install. Two hours goes by fast. We appreciate your review and we value our customers but your request needs to be reasonable."
"Thanks for you review but I don't understand the F. We did have a slight problem when you first called in with getting new people hired to do your job. It did take longer than normal. It does take time to get all new hire's paper work and back ground check back. As soon as all that happened I did call you and we set up an appointment. I talked with you and you were very pleased with the work. You also had us come out a second time to do more. I'm glad you were pleased with us but I still don't understand the F!"

"We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. You hired us to do a 3 hour handyman service. What you wanted done was impossible and the satellite and TV installers told you as much. First you have a stucco house which can be tricky, second you have exterior wires on an exterior wall that your satellite and TV wires show, you wanted a hole cut in the stucco and the wires ran down through the wall. There is no way to do that, is has to be wired that way from the start. So NO we could not do it and neither can anyone else. So for you to give us an F it totally not fair! You were told that you could get a refund! All you have to do is call Angie’s list customer service!"

"Thank you for your review we do appreciate the time it took. I’m sorry you were not completely satisfied with the job. There are times when things cannot be repaired they need to be replaced. There is no way that we could carry on our trucks all the parts it would take to do door maintenance on a door knob much less knowing what kind of parts are needed without looking at the knob (Who knows how many different door knobs are out there) Door maintenance also includes a lot more than trying to repair a door knob like weathering striping, adjusting the doors, replacing the door knobs, replacing locks etc… There are times when you just might need a new door install because the old one can’t be fixed.
