Description of Work: Replaced door Hardware on 3 external doors. replaced deadbolt and handle sets on the 3 doors. Adjusted position of striker plates for the handlesets. After a slight scheduling incident all work was completed and professional.

Description of Work: Fixed some crawl space doors. The worker did an ok job but was not as thorough as I would have liked--consequently I didn't notice that one of the doors didn't shut as completely as I would have liked.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom remodel. Beau is very courteous and thorough. Whenever we had a concern or question, he responded quickly. Workers were professional and did a good job.

Description of Work: Had them come out to install 2 ceiling fans and other misc work. Took him 2 hours to hand one fan. This, after he didn't show for the first scheduled appt. And halfway through the appointment, I walked back inside my house to find the handyman's girlfriend had arrived and her dog was in my house. Not cool.

Description of Work: Trent arrived on time, was very cordial and knowledgeable. Job required removal of a 108 lb a wine room cooling unit installed 12 feet above ground, re-framing for a different size unit, and installation of the 65 lb replacement. Very cramped spaces, surrounded by full wine racking. Job done well and on time.

Description of Work: Contacted the company. They were prompt in responding. After discussing my needs, it was determined that it will require an electrical specialist with special tools. Decided to go that route.

Description of Work: I asked them to give me an aproximate time needed to install crown moulding in a bedroom 15x18. The response was "everyone works at a different pace". I had bought this as "master craftsman" labor for several hours. A true master craftsman would have been answer my question.

Description of Work: I purchased "2 hours of handyman service" from an Angie's List offer. Handyman Steve managed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of three doors (which involved removing the doors from the frames), and re-caulk several areas in my bathroom in the allotted time. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. A good deal.

Description of Work: I consider this a problem with Angie's List. The offer was for $4,000 in general contractor services. I purchased it. The contractor said Angie's List had made this mistake before. The actual offer was for $2,000 worth of services for $1,500. I had some problems scheduling the work and decided not to use the contractor. The contractor said Angie's List had my money. The contractor is not paid until the work is performed and Angie's List keeps a %. I was told to contact Angie's List customer service, which I will do.

Description of Work: He hung curtains 18 feet high and installed 3 ceiling fans. It went very well. We were lucky to be able to find someone that would install curtains that high!

Description of Work: I called the Provider twice over the first few days following receipt of an email confirming my purchase of the services deal. No response. About a month later, I followed up again, and Provider only tried to up sell me after she indicated the services were not entirely covered under this offer.
