Dear [Removed member name], You told me you already had someone else come out and fix your repair. You said that they did not match your spackle/texture and you needed us to fix their mistake. I told you that we might not be able to match it exactly, we might have to do the whole wall. I asked you to send pictures but you declined. I told you the truth and we didn’t do any work for you so how can you give us a C? As far as the trip fee goes we usually don’t service that area because it is very far for our handyman to travel. I hope in the future you give us a chance to show you that we provide excellent craftsmanship and take pride in making our customers happy.

Description of Work: Some of the workmen that arrived were unqualified to do the job. The job was not properly supervised. However, because we provided much of the supervision, the final product is nice. The project took more than twice as long to complete as originally stated. Some of the assistant workmen wouldn't stay on the job and one went out to get materials and never came back to the job.

I do apologize that the job did take longer than it should have and since then we have hired a project manager and things do go more quickly now. Any time there is a remodel it always takes longer then is expected. It goes in steps and ever job is different with different problems that do come up. There are times when things are beyond our control and different people with different jobs slow the process down. Description of Work: I had paid for a certain amount of time, but the job I needed done did not require that much time. The service provider asked me several times if I didn't have some other home repairs I needed done so that I would "get my money's worth." I didn't have anything else to do that day but he did advise me on some more extensive work that I need to get done.

Description of Work: We had a patch of drywall in our dining room ceiling that needed replacing due to a leak from the upstairs shower. OnCall Home Services cut out the moldy drywall and insulation, and replaced the insulation and drywall in less than 3 hours. A quick, clean, professional job - what more could you ask for?!

Description of Work: Arrived promptly on time. Removed existing vanity and installed a floating vanity along with mirror cabinet that had no meaningful instructions. Cleaned up after job was finished. Deal was for 6 hours and I was asked to keep a list of jobs ready. The handyman took most of the time (about 5.5 hours) to finish just this item and another couple of minutes to screw on a TV wall mount that I felt was done in a rush. He had to make couple of trips to home depot. Missed caulking in couple of places but overall satisfied with job done.

Description of Work: I purchased 3 hours of drywall repair. I needed a small section of drywall replaced but unfortunately there was some old damage to a load bearing stud that I was unaware of, so he was not able to replace the drywall. He was able to finish up his time by installing a wall support for a storage system that looks great.

Description of Work: First, I hired OnCall Home Services to replace some wood rot on my house. They provided great service and the work looked very well done. |I hired them to paint the outside of my house after that and the house looks incredible. They were quick, professional and fulfilled all my checkmarks for a fabulous job. I've even had a couple of realtors ask who I used because they said they did such a fabulous job. The most recent job I had done was to replace some outside lighting and ceiling fans/lights on back porch. This was professional and VERY good price. You can't go wrong with these guys - I've received a quote to refurbish my deck in the back yard which I anticipate they will be working on soon! Obviously they do a fantastic job or I wouldn't keep hiring them!
