Description of Work: They put up ceiling fan on our outdoor deck and hung curtains (3 sets) in living room and bed room. They did a great job while unattended. The only thing that they could not do was to make the electrical connections for the ceiling fan (we needed a licensed electrician for that part of the work).

Description of Work: I was expecting someone to come in and work for a few hours since I paid 125+. The caulk trouble areas I knew of only took them 10 min to fix. They did return the next day when I remembered the toilet area. Next time I will be sure to put a longer list together and direct them on the work to ensure I get the value from my purchased deal. Lesson Learned.

Description of Work: Contracted to come and I waited for an hour and called and was told that they had no idea where they were. Rescheduled and the same thing happened. Would have understood if I was called and told there was and accident, but traffic was the excuse both days and then an explanation the the driver was injured. I had to do all the calling to see what was up.

He didn’t call in because he was in an ambulance and had different things to worry about at the time. When he did finally call, I called you and told you what happened and rescheduled your appointment. The next appointment you called before he was supposed to be there. I called him to make sure he was on schedule but because of I-35 being shut down, because of an accident he was running about 10 minutes late. Your response was “just forget it”. We try our best to set a window for our handyman to get to their jobs on time but it is unfortunate that in this world there are circumstances that are beyond our control. Sorry we could not be of service to you. Best Regards!

Description of Work: I needed a door repaired, the owner responded quickly, made super recommendations and provided a price. I just could not decide if I wanted a new door or to repair the one I had, the existing door is an exact match to my walls and I didn't want to lose that.
