I was very happy with the finished product.

This was purchased to seal doors. He was unable to seal any of them except one. We had purchased a number of different sweeps before he came, none of which worked. He could not tell us what we needed to purchase to correct the problem. He left us with the doors as bad or worse than when he started. All doors still have "ragged" insulation on the bottom, and he broke a blind on the back door.

I had a lot of handyman things to do around the house. They came out and did an awesome job. This is the second time they have been to the house and I will definitely use them again!

Beau called to verify his arrival time and was at the door on time. He is friendly and makes sure each job, no matter how small, is done right. He is knowledgeable in many fields and had some great ideas for our front and back yards when I complained about several aspects of the garden and the grass. I will definitely call him when Spring arrives so we can follow through with his suggestions. He will also be coming back to redo the mirror trim in the master bathroom. I'm sure that for someone who does remodeling as well, the fix will be a huge improvement. I found Beau through an Angie's List offer and since the job today was more minor than I had initially needed, he is carrying the remainder over to the next job. As for the garage door - the fix was out of his line but Beau had a connection he highly recommended and put me in touch with him already.

Home Services showed up when they said they would and did the work. The caulk looks at least as good as before, if not better. In addition all of my questions were answered, so that I understand much more about how caulk works and when to use sanded or un-sanded caulk.

He was in and out in 30 minutes. I asked for suggestions as I am a single lady and can always use advice, but Matthew seemed happy to come do a few things here and there anc call it quits. I also asked him about other doors in my home but he did not seem interested. I also noticed a $99.00 dollar charge for him, then a $9.99 charge from Angie's List. Can someone explain this to me?

I purchased 2 hours of handyman service. All he got done was 17 ft of baseboard installation in a hallway. Not a lot of work for 2 hours. I was dissatisfied.

I purchased the $99 for Drywall & Plaster Repair "deal" in early Spring. Never heard from them, so called Aug 11 and was told they were trying to hire a new drywall person and would call me afterward to schedule my work. The "deal" was to expire Sept 7 and they never called back, which is what I assumed would happen after our lame conversation. I did my part by paying upfront, they took the money and did no work - nice racket.

It was great. They were timely. The person that they sent out was very competent in all the jobs we gave them.

Had them come over to estimate the job as it was much more than what 4 hours would cover. They honored the deal and took off the amount from the final. The estimate of the number of days stretched by one day, but not a problem on my end. They scheduled their work, plus some handled by a drywall subcontractor and a roofing subcontractor. They were courteous and cleaned up every day.

Great! Although David did not have time to complete everything (paint does need to dry, after all), he did excellent work, and talked me through how to complete everything. I'm happy with the result, and looking to book them for more of my "honey-do" list!

Prepaid for a 3hour job. When I called to schedule I was told to buy the dry wall piece because they don't provide it. The service person was professional and completed his job in about 2hours. Overall good service.

It went great. I believe the technician's name was Darren. He arrived on time, was very professional and respectful. He paid attention to the details and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend.

The three exterior doors were catching in the door jambs, making them hard to open and close. The technician adjusted the hinges and (I believe) shaved pieces of the door jambs and the doors to adjust how they fit together. He explained the repairs he made and why there may still be some issues (shifting of the door frame due to foundation settling). One of the springs in the interior door's knob was worn out, which caused the action to stick. That was not repaired, just diagnosed. A few small things: I think internal door knob parts should be standard equipment for a door repair appointment. I would have been happy to pay for them, but instead I will probably have to drive to the hardware store and purchase a new set of door knobs. Also, one of the exterior doors was still slightly rubbing after the technician said he was done. He stayed and worked on it after I mentioned it, but I think it should have been handled beforehand.

The service was fine. It was good. I did not pay more than the Big Deal cost. The guy did a good job.

I canceld the apointment due to scheduling issue. Overrall, I am good with this company. Will use them in the future if I need. Thanks Scott

I did not find the company very honest because I feel they overestimated the time. Everything they did overestimated except for the materials. I bought the materials and they underestimated those so that they would then have to make a trip to the store. Once they got the contract written and such they were not as responsive as before. After that he had the guts to tell me to give him an A. They should not argue with the customer. The charge for labor was grossly overpriced. In the end it worked out fine until I had to explain to them that it was not right.

We have a very high and very steep roof where the chimney enclosure is located which made this job particularly difficult. Coupled with the freak lightening storm cells passing over my house the last few days, the job became that much more exciting. Dave did a great job, always maintained his sense of humor, and the final quality of job was super. I had hoped to thank him at the end of job, but was unable to, so hopefully he will get to read the review. The work was done to the estimated cost, and taking into account the weather delays, was completed on schedule. Everything was cleaned up, and all that was left were brand new, freshly caulked and painted chimney and rear window enclosures. Well done!

The job was done but the guy skipped some details and if I did not point to anywhere drywall needed to be repaired, even if he was working right next to it. He was up there and could see it but not from my angle and so he would not do it. He was just doing what was minimum. The description on Angies List said you needed to provide just the drywall. You also need to some wood to support the drywall, he had some left in his truck but I did not know I needed to provide other. If he did not have the wood or I could have found some we would not have been able to get the work done in that session.

David showed up at the prescribed time. He took care to put plastic sheets down prior to beginning the job, and he thoroughly cleaned up the area after it's completion.

I thought it was okay but as days gone by, weeks have gone by and I've had other people in here to do work and everything, we noticed that he was very careless. I'd asked them to be careful and there was some on my hardwood floor. I think he could have been a little bit more conscientious about the stuff that...because he was putting stuff that he was spraying on and he didn't cover things properly. With the instrument that he used, he didn't protect things around it and it got on other things, furniture, floor and blinds. He was pretty prompt. The gentleman was very nice, I just felt that maybe he wasn't experienced enough for what he was doing and so that made it difficult for him to keep things confined the way he should have. That is just my opinion. He was very courteous. It wasn't till after he left and then it even took me time after that when somebody removed furniture because in the meantime I've had my whole downstairs painted and redone and with that that is where we found were how careless he was. That was a decent price.

John arrived early, and replaced the fascia boards quickly. The repairs look great.
