We offer home repair, remodeling, make-readies, custom interior and exterior paint, and many other services. Description of Work: Poor job and required additional payments to complete the job. Slow and they milk you by the hour. Don't use these people. I requested an invoice and I still don't have an invoice for my work.

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our work and we did not meet your expectations. Sorry that your job was larger than what you had anticipated. It clearly states on your coupon that if it goes over the time frame that there is an additional hourly charge. Sometimes customer don’t understand that a job may take longer than they think it will. It has nothing to do with us being slow or not doing our job. It means that we cannot do a 6 hour drywall repair in 3 hours. If you wanted an invoice all you have to do is call the office and I will be glad to send one out. Otherwise you should have gotten one from Angie’s list when you purchased the service. Description of Work: They repaired rotten sections on two corners of a roof. Replaced fascia boards. The work took just over 3 hours. The repairman arrived on time, looked at the problem and specified the materials I needed to buy. While I went to purchase them, he worked on the roof. From other Angie's List reviews, I was aware that I would need to purchase supplies after the repairman arrived. I had a ladder available in case it was needed but the repairman brought his own. I was happy with the work done and would use this company again. Scheduling the appointment through the office was easy. I had an Angie's List coupon that brought the "4 hours of wood rot restoration for $149" down to $99. It was money well spent.

Description of Work: Oncall would not come out and look at work to be done unless I paid them for the time. I purchased a half day of work through Angie's List but I knew I needed more work to be done. The additional money for hours of work that was quoted on the site was not the amount that Oncall was going to charge me. The amount quoted on the phone by Oncall was substantially more than the online quote. The woman on the phone was not very helpful, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Sorry for any miscommunication and that we could not be of service to you. What you purchased was a 4 hour wood rot and what that entails is that we provide the labor and you provide the materials. We can go to the store for you but it is billed towards the hours that you have purchased. That is what you did not want to pay for is the time that we would spend at the store. On our coupon purchases we do not come out and give an estimate before we start the work. If we did that all the handyman would do all day is run around look at jobs and get nothing done. We schedule a date, come out and perform the job. If there are materials that are needed the handyman will give you a list and you can go and get them while he is working. If additional work needs to be done that is when we give you an estimate for the work and additional hours needed. That is how it works for all the coupons we put out. Again sorry for any miscommunications!
