Description of Work: They patched and re-spackled a portion of the ceiling in the kitchen.

Description of Work: I had several areas needing spackeling, about 6 I think, and the guy sent out moved along to each, realizing they would need time to dry before he could come back to them each to work further. While there is still work needed, it's not the kind of thing that can be done in one day, I was pleased with the work product and advancement that was made. One area required a drywall patch to be cut, and we knew to have drywall available. I would re-hire this service based on my experience.

Description of Work: The estimator was knowledgable but then carpenter who did the work was not up to par. I had to cut out some of his work and redo it.

Description of Work: Repairs to cracked tiles in shower and bathroom. Only issue was work couldn't be completed in 3 hours and there was confusion about pricing and billing afterwards for the extra time required that was not clear at the beginning of the job. No issues with quality of service, etc.

Description of Work: John was very professional and was able to repair the drywall and paint ruined by an ATT install.

Description of Work: We paid for 4 hours of time for a handyman to install cabinet pulls on all our kitchen cabinets. He did a good job, made one error which which he went out and purchased wood filler to repair, and was done in the allotted time. He did not clean up the wood shavings inside all the cupboards which was a little irritating, but overall he did good work.

Description of Work: Contractor reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm not talking as if he smoked a cigarette on the way to the job. I'm talking like he smoked a carton in a phone booth and then came to my house. I was told I needed to buy the supplies myself. If I knew what supplies I needed, then it figures I could probably do the work myself. They may do decent work, but the special offered on Angie's list was not a bargain.

Description of Work: Poor service, poor attitude, poor craftsmanship. Talked the talk, but refused to walk the walk. The installation took 5 times longer to nearly complete than estimated. They then refused to complete job until the balance was paid in full, even though our agreement was that the balance was to be paid upon completion, after a walk through and our approval. That never occured. They then threatened to place a lien on our home until the balance was paid in full. Our balance unfairly included extra charges for the work they agreed to redo because of the carelessness of the installer. We finally had to hire another company to redo part of the floor due to poor workmanship. We have lots of pictures available to verify our claims. Having to hire someone else to rework and complete the job cost us an extra nine-hundred fifty dollars. How this company got so many good reviews is a mystery to us. If you do decide to hire them based on the number of good reviews they have received, I suggest you exercise caution. On the other hand, I'm sure they would would have much to say about us as well. I suppose it all depends on who you believe. In any case, we sincerely wish you the very best of luck with your project.

Description of Work: They hung some curtains over a set of three windows and did some ceiling patching where there were some water stains from the air conditioner leaking above.
