The job went very smoothly. I already had purchased the doors, and after the installer had a look at what he was working with, he went out to Home Depot the same morning and bought the remaining materials needed for the job. He and his one man crew knew what they were doing and finished the project very quickly, despite the horrible weather. The fit and finish of the job was top notch. Very professional with no surprises thrown in - would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

There's not a great deal to say....beyond what the provider did. They did a great job, showed up as promised and our front door looks like we just installed it! Everything went as I had hoped that it would.

John was fantastic. The only problem is that we did not have enough work for him--he worked so efficiently. When I called On Call to schedule I was told that hanging doors would take a long time and I shouldn't plan for much else. We had to get to more of our to do list than we expected. Obviously not a problem! John was professional and clearly enjoys his work. We'd definitely call again for our future needs.

They would not texture it or paint it. We thought this finishing would have been included in the offer. It was not clear at the outset that this was not included.

Very happy with their service overall. The guy assessed the work, made a run to Lowes/Home Depot and completed the work in the two hour window. He could have pretended the job was longer and gone beyond the two hour coupon at our expense but didn't. He was friendly and happy to let me pick his brains to find out how he was able to tackle a few odd jobs that I had tried but failed to do myself. I'll definitely swallow my pride and use these guys again in the future if need's be

He came out and said that he could not do the work and that a specialist would have to do this work. They said a specialist would contact me from their company but never did. This just didn’t work out well and I contacted Angie’s List for a refund. I contacted another company to do the work.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it didn't turn out so good. He came out and looked at the doors, but that's all I got for $99. It took them a while to get back to me, I had to call them a couple of times. He showed up on time.

Alex was awesome ..... polite, fast and did quality work.

I bought that as a gift for my sister. It was excellent. There was one thing that they couldn't do unless it was a waste plumbing. They didn't use the entire four hours but the handyman was excellent and worked very quickly. They came after a month after I purchased it. They had a handyman who left the company and they were a little backed up. It was a little bit difficult to schedule it. The office didn't call back. We have them call multiple times to get them to call back and schedule.

Carlos knew exactly what he was doing, had all the right tools, and the install went perfectly. Can't ask for much more than that!

It worked out good. He was here for two hours. There was no additional cost. He was very nice and easy to deal with. He was quick and got everything done. He was good.

He did a good job but we ended up getting charged for another couple of hours for the job. We needed some things from Home Depo and though it is close to me- it is like an extra 35minute drive and he charged me for the time to go out there. I wouldn't use them again. I think they over charged for the additional hours.

It turned out good. I was satisfied with it. They were prompt. They were really quick. They are the only company we really looked at. They were the only one with the big deal. It was a good experience. I would tell that they are easy to work with. They were polite. This is the first time I used them. We didn’t have any issues. It went very smooth. It’s a good price. They were here when they said they would. They were very punctual.

The area in question shows no improvement. Cutting back the exterior beam trim without telling me they would have to leave the affected areas unprotected from the weather since they did not provide any services that would solve the issue, has left the lumber exposed to further deterioration and damage. I have not been able to find anyone to cap off and prevent further damage. They were the ones who measured and determined what and how much lumber was necessary for the repairs. I was left with a considerable amount of wood which I had to pay for at time of service, which I have not been able to return for a refund. as I am handicapped and housebound and unable to manage to return the items to the store within their acceptable time frame for returns. In short, the work requested was not executed satisfactorily. I ended paying too much for materials I cannot use. And I have more damage now as a result of their inability to provide a final solution to the problem with the beams. He was a nice guy, though.

Appointment time was window of 8-10. Received a call from Alex he would be there approximately 9 to 9:15 and he was. He worked quickly and *thoroughly and was finished in less than 2 hours. When asked to look at a window he uncomfortably said that was only supposed to do doors but would look at it. The window had "healed itself" and the previous trouble did not repeat. *I've had repair people in the past assume almost was good enough. Alex went extra steps and made it perfect.

Went very well. They showed up on time were professional and friendly.

Beyond great! Nearly every door needed a minor adjustmen; John explained when he was finished what he did. One door, however, was an issue. The transom appeared to have shifted downward, and that is what was causing the door to stick. He raised it 1/16th of an inch with a screw, but said that is all he would do. He explained that he did not work with glass, but that the procedure might include removing the entire transom and resetting it. He recommended that I wait until the door was truly stuck to consider that undertaking. John came back the next day because one of the adjustments he made has caused a French door to not lock properly. I called their office early this morning, and explained the situation. I was told that John would call me and set up a time. When I replied that it wasn't necessary for him to return immediately, the lady in the office said that he would. When John called (and arrived when he said he would), I explained that he didn't have to come right away. His response was along the lines of, "Yes I did because you were unhappy about something I did." Wow. That is truly knock your socks off attention to the customer!

They weren't the most professional-looking people that came into my home. I almost didn't let them in to my home. I cleaned up for them because they had another job to go to. He got the rod off. He didn't fixt the door right. I probably will not use them again.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Great job. Nice manners. I would use them again. Their touchup work on my drywall looks terrific.

It wasn't great. The job was bigger than what it covered. He did try to do it. I think he kept his word and promise. It wasn't the best because of the cost. He didn't do anything wrong.
