+ -1 moreWe called Mr. Stiles to see if he could come around and quote the work for us. He arrived on time, was professional, amiable and gave us good advice about which ladder to choose. When we explained which one we wanted (at Lowes), he offered to get it and bring it with him on the day of service (no surcharge). He arrived on time and worked efficiently, also taking care of not damaging anything around him. He was quite friendly with our eldest daughter who is an architect and told us that he worked in a smart manner. Mr. Stiles seems to me like the perfect handyman: no job would be too small, he can work on many different projects (even landscaping I think), and is quite the type of friendly Texan that we like so much. We are certain that we will give him a call for our next project.
Description of Work: Changed our wood attic ladder (in garage) - disposed of it - replaced with a new aluminum ladder. The cost mentioned includes the cost of the ladder.
