+ -1 moreThat was not the first time we have used them. I would use them again. They got out very quickly. I got their answering machine, and she called back within 15 minutes. That's surprising for a small family business. Given the size of the company, they were out here very quickly. He explained exactly what he needed to do. He had all of the parts. He took care of everything very quickly. The price was exactly what he quoted it as.
Description of Work: We were replacing some plumbing, and having problems doing some of the work. They took care of installing new valving and such.

+ -1 moreI recently remodeled my bathroom. The project required moving the toilet and shower fixture. I called and talked to Robert from Oak Hill Plumbing. Because I was trying to keep on a budget I did a lot of calling around to get the best hourly rate. Oak Hill Plumbing had good reviews on Angie's List and he was $75/hr Robert is an expert plumber. And, I would say his carpentry skills are equally as good. For those of you doing a remodel, that's important. Robert's work was top notch. I had two problems with the project. One, Robert brought a couple of different assistants on various days. Neither were impressive and he charged a $40/hr premium. One shower fixture was not put on correctly and ended up causing water to flood my downstairs, which meant I had to replace some sheet-rock. The second issue with Oak Hill Plumbing is Robert is very slow. He is very thorough, but slow. He took multiple trips to his truck to get the right tool or part. At one point he drove to his partners house!
Description of Work: Moved shower fixture, pipes, and drain over 1 foot. Moved toilet over 1/2 foot. Install new shower fixture.

Description of Work: The ice maker faucet was dripping. I called and he came right away. He didn't have time to replace the valve, as he had other commitments, but did leave equipment that stopped the drip. He came back a second time and replaced the valve of the faucet.

+ -1 moreThey were willing and able to work on black plastic plumbing, which a lot of companies wouldn't do. We were very pleased with them. They had a repairman out here the day after my call to fix the leak. They didn t leave any messes, and we haven't had any problems with the sink since they were here.
Description of Work: They repaired a leak under my sink.

+ -1 moreI had a toilet that leaked slightly from its base. I called Oak Hill Plumbing and they were here the next day. I was happy with the service. The guy wasn t here very long and now my toilet is working great. The guy was nice and friendly. The price was a good price.
Description of Work: Oak Hill Plumbing came to my home to fix my leaking toilet.
