Description of Work: I had to call and send numerous emails to get a final bid for fence and wrought iron installation. I gave the salesman descriptions and layouts of the fence materials required and met with him two times. The final bid still did not come back like I requested. I finally went with another contractor who understood my project and was less expensive.

Description of Work: Julie was the salesperson; she did a great job. So glad I finally called these folks. (So annoyed by my not calling them first!!!). They do TOP QUALITY work. Julie provided a bid and their bid sheet is organized such that you can easily do variations of things on your own (figure out what it would cost if you didn't do Z or added X). So nice!!! So my neighbor and I figured out exactly what we wanted, then Julie did the actual rebid (which was within a few dollars of my estimation using their bid sheet, noted above). WOW. then 2-3 weeks later, they installed. We had some iron fencing so it took that time to get it made. The installers were professional beyond belief. There was one minor glitch when the a/c covers between the two houses were too close. The installer said "these are too close." so I called julie and she had the install team come the next day and remedy. WOW! If you want quality, call these folks. By the way, these folks also did the iron work on a new deck i had installed this summer. My deck person did the contact with NW fence and Iron but ... nevertheless, the iron railings are soooo lovely!!!! All in all, GREAT experience.
