Had the pleasure of working with Guillermo, Antonio and Morgan to complete my move from West Hollywood to Culver City. This team of 3 were super prompt and very professional. I was delighted to be working with such courteous and professional gentleman. They completed the task swiftly and efficiently and were very protective and respectful of all of my things during the process. Would highly recommend using them anytime!!

Randy C, Jorge L and Erick arrived at my mothers condo a bit before the scheduled 9:00 am and patiently waited for my mother and I to arrive. They were so kind and understanding and took great care of her belongings making sure to wrap all the furniture with blankets and plastic! Boy were they quick and on the ball! They had it all wrapped up and ready to go in less than two hours and arrived at her new place promptly. They had her moved, furniture in it's place and looking great in no time! They made what could have been a very emotional, challenging experience for my mother swift and easy and I am so grateful for how kind they were to her not to mention understanding. They were the best and I 100% would never move anyone in my family with any other company! P.S. I didn't get a discount for writing this and I don't usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it!!!

Really nice Company . They moved some items I had in storage all the way to Chicago . The move went extremely well , nothing was broken , but what really impressed me was the level of care the company showed me and my things . I had kept a lot of family heirlooms in storage along with some furniture and knowing that they protected and took care of these things means everything to me . The guys who delivered everything reassembled he furniture and carefully unloaded the fragile boxes upstairs. After the moves as over , they called me to make sure I was happy and that everything had gone well and it was the same woman who arranged my move and explained all the procedures to me beforehand . She was also very patient when I emailed her a couple of extra questions as they occurred to me . I couldn't have asked for nicer people to handle my move . Thank you , Northstar !!!

The three guys from NorthStar arrived promptly. Bejamin, Venmi and Opiande(sp). They packed everything in neatly wrapping everything I requested and then delivered certain items to three different locations. They were quick, professional and courteous.

Everything went great. They were careful, on time, professional, and did not require any additional time other than what was purchased in advance. Very happy and would use them again.

This was the second move for our daughter via Northstar. We dealt with Ron, the same person that was great last time. His title is Relocation Specialist and he is just that. The last move was seamless. Despite great intentions, this move became complicated, as there were many factors that could not have been anticipated that are too numerous and convoluted to go into. In sum, the three man crew was hardworking, courteous and efficient. Despite the move being longer and more arduous then expected, Northstar again came through with flying colors. They are truly a class outfit.

This was my first time hiring movers. Wow, just wow! Eduardo, Miguel, and Chris all absolute sweethearts, respectful, and unbelievably hardworking. They showed up right on time were great at communicating all the way to our apartment. They were so careful with everything we owned. Not a scratch on anything and unbelievably fast. They asked where things should go when unloading and didn't mind moving things a couple times. I just can't say enough about how great they were to work with. They were more careful with our belongings then I think we would have been. I would request this team at Northstar again in a heartbeat. Hopefully we won't have to because moving sucks. However, it was so much easier with Miguel, Chris, and Eduardo. They even helped us put a few last minute things in a couple boxes and advised us on how to pack. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

On-Site Estimator Gil Ben Haroch came ahead of time to provide a not-to-exceed estimate and 3-man crew led by Hannes (including Matthew and Sergio) was terrific. Painless experience and would definitely use them again.

The movers were great at first but became careless as the day wore on. They broke numerous items and damaged so much of my furniture. On top of that, I had tipped them $50 each (3 guys) before I had unpacked and noticed any damage, and the team leader had the audacity to say that wasn't enough! I definitely will not be using this company again. However - everyone I spoke with over the phone and through the process of planning my move were fantastic.

The estimator was scheduled promptly and showed up on time. Since the client was elderly, the estimator had to contact niece by telephone to make sure information was relayed correctly. The estimator submitted the proposed fee via email to niece. The quoted amount was not to exceed $3500. The niece agreed to the quote over the phone approximately 4 weeks before the move. The estimator should have followed up with an email confirmation but did not until niece called company three days before the move. The actual move went extremely smoothly with crew arriving on time, working quickly and finishing before scheduled time. The move-in the next morning also went very well and none of the items were damaged or missing. The actual amount charged was $2700. The client would use this company again.

They were fantastic. My team was Andres R (driver), Luis R (foreman), and Marcod S & Joseph M (helpers). It was a hard move - had to pull the truck in a weird space and use the elevator to make lots and lots of trips. They wrapped every piece of furniture, packed bar ware and glasses and artwork. Thry unpacked everything and were very careful with fragile items. They were efficient and professional. The job came iwell below the "not to exceed pric of $1900.00. I would refer them to anyone - they took all the stress out of the move.

Northstar has been exceptional time after time. Had stellar guys this morning. G, Marco and Josh could not have been better. They were on time, had a smile on their faces and made moving a dream. They were attentive, swift and extremely considerate of my belongings and time. A++++

They were fabulous. Ismael and his crew were so nice and professional and FAST. I had so much anxiety about the move and they completely got rid of any nerves I had. They moved me with ease and accuracy. BEST experience and I recommend them HIGHLY.

Service went very well. Three guys showed up in a moving van. They were all very friendly. They gave me a two hour window of when they would show up and gave me updates as to when they would arrive. We met at Extra Space Storage. They very quickly moved out all my boxes out of my 10x10 unit and loaded up the truck. This process took just over and hour. My garage was located about 12 miles away but the minimum drive time for travel is one hour. This worked out well because it allowed me to get to my garage and start building out a few storage shelves. All the boxes were loaded into the garage in a little over three hours. This included helping me build out some shelves and organizing the space a bit. A great experience. I would highly recommend Northstar Moving.

Andre, Erick, and Miguel were all the things I rated above. They took really good care of my belongings and make sure everything was very well protected. These guys worked hussled and never missed a beat, even in the 95 degree weather. They were all very polite and pleasant to be around.

Overall I would use them again.

Communication with Northstar's office to organize the move was top notch. (Hi Stefy!) They were always available during business hours and very accommodating while arranging the details. I had no doubt the movers would arrive on time, which they did, at the top of their two-hour window. They called me to let me know about a half hour before they arrived. My team of three movers were great... on time, knowledgeable, and extremely quick. They didn't take a minute to rest throughout the move. They also managed to move large and unwieldy furniture without damage to the apartment or furniture. The move was easy and fast, as stress-free as possible. HOWEVER, my girlfriend also used Northstar for her move to the same house on the same day, and her team of three movers were slow, unmotivated, and inept. Only one of the movers had an appropriate command of English, which complicated matters. They broke a leg on her desk, and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to repair it (all while being paid $115 an hour!). The repair was, at best, Road Warrior technology. I witnessed all of this. These guys were not good movers. Moral of the story is, IF you get a good moving team, Northstar provides a well-priced and effective moving solution. I got lucky with such a team. My girlfriend had an entirely different experience.

Movers arrived on time. That's a great start.!! They all worked very hard. Did a great job. Will absolutely use them again!! Thanks so much
