Edward Trigo is a wonderful gentleman to work with. He is very professional and makes sure the job gets done!

The actual work was great, but I would never want to use them again. The deal said that there was a lock included, however they tried to charge me for the lock. They eventually decided not to charge me for the lock, however they also never installed it. The gentleman I spoke with about the lock was very rude. I think that the company sells the deals at cost and they come out expecting to sell you a bunch of windows along with your purchase.

Great subcontractors. Had some issues with schedules, but they kept me up to date on the plan.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel I have no choice. Before I begin, please look at all the reviews. Any negative review is responded with an excuse. It's "always" the customer's fault. First, Edward said he'd been trying to reach me, but I never got a call and called him out on it. He didn't like that. Edward came by for a consultation and got lost and was late. He gave me a bad vibe, but seemed like a nice guy. I'd already paid for the service, so I moved forward. At this point in time, I didn't realize I could get my money back. Edward said things would look like new after looking at my home. When the workers showed up, they were nice and on time. I didn't know I was supposed to shop for supplies before they got here, so we spent at least an hour going to Home Depot. They said Edward should have made me a list. I knew I was suppose to pay for supplies, but didn't know I was supposed to go buy them. The workers finished the job, and it cost me a bit extra. They were sloppy. There was drywall on my curtain rods, my cases, my light switches, my ceiling fans. A few days later, I realized the popcorn ceiling wasn't done correctly, so I called them back. They told me they would find a day when they were in the area, since it was only a half day job. Fast forward a few months, and they still hadn't come back. The holidays were busy, so in January I started calling again. At this time I also realized that the drywall repairs they did weren't done right. I guess I hadn't paid close enough attention. They should have taped the cracks in the wall, instead they just went over them like paint. The cracks were still there. I go back and forth with calling the workers, but this time they want to squeeze me in on a weekend. We couldn't find a weekend that worked for both of us. Finally, in May, the worker says he no longer works for Edward and he is working out of town. He won't be able to come fix my home. In late June, I called Edward and he said he could get a family member to come over 4th of July weekend. I was going out of town, so we scheduled tentatively for the 11th. No one showed up. No one called. And I still haven't received a call to reschedule. I'm done trying to work with them. I bet the excuse is going to be we tried, but she was never available. I travel most weekends, and am very flexible Monday through Friday. The problem is they didn't want to use a weekday. Anyway, like I said in the beginning, Edward will probably respond with an excuse like he does everyone else. I would recommend not using this company.

The job started on time and completed ahead of schedule. The team cleaned up afterward. Overall a very positive experience.

The weather was awful for an extended time, which may have accounted for some of the issues, but the painting did not go well. I met with one painter when the work was scheduled to begin, but whose helper had not been able to come to work. he and I spent about 45 minutes going over exactly what I wanted done and not done and set a day for him to return to do the job. He told me what materials we needed to buy; paint and caulk of specific types and brands, made a plan to get it all done in the time allotted and left with a deal made. When the painters actually showed up, it was another crew that did not communicate well in English. They started painting the wrong parts of the house. By the time I saw it, they had used enough paint that there was not enough for the job and I had to leave work to buy more. Then the weather turned bad and they were not able to do anything for a while. When they finally got a day to paint, the work was very sloppy. Basically after the eight hours was up they just packed up and left with the garage door partially unpainted and the entire back wall of the garage undone. I had talked to the first guy about that and he assured me that he would be able to finish even if he had to work a little longer. The painters that did the work did not touch the case of caulk the first painter told me to buy, so that was a waste, plus that meant they did not caulk anything. We ended up hiring another painter who re-did the entire house.

He arrived on time and started painting the doors and trim in our home. It went smoothly. We have a lot of doors in the house, so he wasn't able to paint them all. The doors and trim looks great.

The job was finished in a timely manner

They did great work. The pricing through the deal was great. Was it worth more than what we paid? Definitely--they got a lot of area painted and we didn't have to do it! Was it worth their normal prices? Possibly. The guy who did the actual painting was nice, professional, and focused on getting a lot of painting done. They worked with us as we had to reschedule once or twice.

It was ok but I am a little bit disappointing that I did not get what I needed. The crew was fine.

Arrived on time, experienced in painting. Got the job done!

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told to purchase specific materials. There also was a scheduling glitch; they forgot to mark my appointment down the first time, so I waited for them.The second time around, the painter used the the materials I was instructed to buy by the owner, but I was instructed to buy more than was needed, so there was disconnect. It'd be nice to have a little more coordination. Other than that, the painter that came, George, was very fast and very particular about his work. He accomplished way more than I expected him to.

Our initial appointment had to be rearranged because of an emergency issue of the painter. A second appointment was set up and that time a painter came on time. We were prepared and had purchased before all required materials including the paint. After arrival, the painter started right away, painting base boards in our hallway, the trimming around the front entry door, some base boards at the Utility room and Base boards at one bathroom. He also painted some Baseboards at the Study and small hallway toward the Garage which included the door frame toward the garage door. The quality of the paint work was very good and precise. I will use this company again!

It was good. It was just what I paid for the deal. I had to provide for all the supplies. Just one person came out. He was courteous. He was late but he ended up staying late to make up for it.

Painter didn't follow instructions. Promised to come back and fix it. I have called twice and no response.

The work was completed 2 months ago and I will try to remember all the details. I called and left a message for Edward and he was able to respond within 1-2 days. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've gotten many complements on the Windowmart window that was installed in my dining room. Initially there was a problem with the assembly of the new window ordered, but Edward was able to contact the manufacturer and reorder the correct size and it was installed a week after the expected install date. The storm door installed is very good quality and I was provided with all the warranties if I had any problem. The installer was very skilled and did a great job trimming and painting both the window and storm door openings. Regarding the gutters, they are also very good quality seamless 6". I believe Edward indicated that the installer would be out in 2 weeks, but I didn't get a follow up call on the exact date of install. I was fortune enough to be home when the gutter installer knocked on my door. Besides that the install and quality of work are excellent.

At first, he was very responsive. I made an appointment to get the painting done, and the owner called to reschedule. He offered to do the job over the weekend, which is not during normal service hours, but he said he’d make an exception for us. The appointment was at 9 am Saturday, and they were a no call no show. He had a reason later on when I contacted him on Monday, but I really do not appreciate not even getting a courtesy call or text that no one was not coming when an appointment was set. He has now informed us he is having personnel problems, and it will be another couple of weeks before he can even get back with us. We took down the shutters, prepped everything, and moved furniture out of the way for this job; after this experience we do not think we will be going with this company.

The window is very good quality. Service was very good. The only problem we experienced was a delay in getting the window. Because the window ordered arrived to the provider broken, it needed to be re-ordered. Then the new window was not the correct fit (by an eighth of an inch). Thus it took 2 months from buying the deal until final installation.

They were fine. We had a guy and he worked for a day. We gave him directions on what should be done and he was ok.

It was okay. We actually had it set up but the guy didn?t show up on time. He showed up the second time and did a good job. The punctuality and professionalism was a little low.

They came unprepared to paint. We had to lend them almost everything they needed. The painters did a really good job with the painting. It did take a little bit longer than expected and had to pay extra. However, there was a spot left undone. We didn't even call them to come back to fix the spot.

It was not to the quality as discussed. First time they showed up at 11 o'clock instead of 8 o'clock. I had two painters who worked half a day for a full day. I provided all the materials which I thought they were going to have. The painting job was alright at $200 but wasn't the greatest.

Painter showed up promptly, worked throughout the day (worked longer than the 8 hours we expected), and did very good job. Very satisfied. Looks great.

They were prompt and willing to work around my schedule. There were two people here doing the work. They did not pay attention to the small details.
